Abbiamo apprezzato molto la grande gentilezza e disponibilità del direttore, che ci ha permesso di risolvere agevolmente un problema con la prenotazione; la struttura immersa in una splendida cornice toscana; la camera spaziosa con uscita su un delizioso giardino; il percorso benessere alla spa che ci ha regalato momenti di intenso relax. Che dire di più? Tutto perfetto!

Es difícil describir la hermosa experiencia vivida . El personal muy atento , con mucha disponibilidad para ayudarnos más allá de su trabajo , en brindarnos información extra a actividades exteriores que deseábamos realizar en otros lugares . La habitación excelente , a lo mismo que la limpieza . Nos tocó una habitacion con salida a un pequeño jardin con sillas y mesa muy lindo . Lo que falta es tener pantallas Smart , para bajar aplicaciones como netflix , para ver Tv . Los canales son muy limitados y nos dificultaba el idioma , solo había un canal en español . El hotel cuenta con un restaurante de comida exquisita y carta variada con precios razonables . Del spa , solo usamos la piscina y nos encanto !! Muchas gracias , nos fuimos con ganas de regresar pronto 😊

This time it was for a conference, but I would like to revisit for a private and relaxing time. The staff was friendly and took into account a variety of flexibility, which was very helpful to us as conference organizers. The bus company and San Gimignano restaurant referred by the hotel did a very good job.

Struttura con vista panoramica sulle colline di San Gimignano. Ottima struttura in termini di spaziosità delle camere, e degli spazi comuni. Ristorante di livello alto, colazione buona e varia. Pulito e ben tenuto, nonostante la struttura abbia ormai qualche anno

2 nights stay.
First impression was: we are entering what was probably a nice hotel in the nineties.
Good: dinner on the large restaurant was excellent.
Bad: the confirmed city view was not there. The extra noise insulated room was not that!
Not so important for use but the wellness and spa area was only accessible 3 hours and thereafter we would be charged separately. Some guest had issues with that.
The taxi service with which the hotel is collaborating does not accept credit cards

Ho soggiornato ( per la terza volta) in questo resort usufruendo di una offerta per il ponte di Ognissanti Suite fantastica con vista su San Gimignano Camera e salottino separati da una porta scorrevole Arredamento moderno molto piacevole Letto comodo e terrazzo ampio arredato anche con lettini prendisole Il resort è circondato dal verde degli olivi Spa molto piacevole non affollata ( non funzionano gli idromassaggi di due lettini nella vasca esterna) Colazione e cena curate Personale molto gentile e disponibile Siamo arrivati in anticipo sul check in e la camera era già disponibile Unico appunto: nel bagno c’era parecchio calcare , nella doccia funzionava un solo soffione per idromassaggio su quattro e sotto la rubinetteria della vasca da idromassaggio c’era del calcare verdastro Per il resto tutto molto bello
