Villasanpaolo had it all! Hotel facilities were excellent, food/wine superb and the staff amazing. Oh and the views.. just perfect. We stayed for a week, and had a fabulous time. Location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Tuscany.. being less than an hour from Pisa, Florence ans Siena. The staff made us welcome from the outset, and nothing was too much.

Posto elegante e raffinato immerso nella natura toscana. Molto apprezzata la gentilezza di tutto il personale (che oggigiorno è diventata quasi una cosa rara). Segnaliamo anche un piccolo problema nella stanza, che però è stato risolto subito dallo staff nel giro di nemmeno 15 minuti. Il ristorante molto accogliente dove respiravi una tranquillità che si sposava bene con il contesto. Ottima anche la spa con ambienti nuovi e molto puliti. Posto consigliato

Il posto è bello, ha un panorama eccezionale e la spa è carina ma il personale è del tutto inadeguato al resort. Abbiamo avuto un disguido circa i servizi aggiuntivi (a causa loro visto che nessuno ci ha spiegato le modalità con cui andavano utilizzati, ne per email al momento della prenotazione, né telefonicamente e fisicamente alla reception quando abbiamo chiesto) e la receptionist si è dimostrata totalmente non collaborativa nel trovarci una soluzione, anzi ha tentato di ribaltare la responsabilità su di noi non sapendo cosa dire. Mi ha lasciata del tutto insoddisfatta perché il cliente si cura se vuoi che torni e perché tale disguido ha rovinato il mio soggiorno.

A really lovely and friendly hotel in Tuscany! The staff are amazing (and speak good English) , food excellent and the views out of the restaurant amazing. The electric charging point in the car park was really useful. A good base to be an hour from Pisa and Florence. The Spa was excellent too. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay amazing.

Accoglienza meravigliosa, ci siamo sentite coccolate. Le ragazze che ci hanno fatto il trattamento HAMMAM veramente brave, ci hanno spiegato passo passo come sarebbe stato il trattamento. Le tisane sorseggiate finito il trattamento veramente deliziose.

Ho acquistato il voucher "io e te" come regalo di compleanno a mio marito e devo dire che è stata una piacevole giornata..la spa molto pulita, il bistrot dove abbiamo pranzato ci ha preparato degli ottimi piatti..tutto perfetto insomma...il personale preparato e gentile.. l'unica cosa secondo me da migliorare è l attesa al bistrot x i pasti... abbiamo preso anche un aperitivo a fine giornata e per una schiacciata abbiamo aspettato 40 minuti...per il resto tutto ottimo. Grazie. Spero di tornarci presto.

Sono stata in spa con delle amiche ieri e onestamente sono molto dispiaciuta di fare questa recensione. Premetto che frequento questa spa da circa 15 anni e i prezzi sono molto aumentati, il che mi può anche andare bene ma l’aumento di prezzo deve andare di pari passo con i servizi e la manutenzione. La temperatura dell’acqua era troppo fredda e il mosaico all’interno delle piscine è molto lasciato andare. Le docce sono sprovviste di mensoline o ganci per appoggiare le cose e quando ci sono più persone diventa impossibile starci perché manca proprio lo spazio materiale da appoggio. Detto questo, il personale è gentile e accogliente come sempre, su questo niente da dire. Spero che questa recensione serva per migliorare qualche aspetto.
