Merveilleux bed and breakfast a San Gimignano
Fantastique séjour en Toscane. Le lieu est parfaitement situé pour visiter toute la région.
Ma Fredi, le propriétaire, nous a donnés des conseils très utiles pour visiter les villages les plus spéciaux et manger dans de bons restaurants. La chambre très confortable et une vue incomparable.

Clean accommodation in a quaint Tuscan setting.
The proprietor Manfredi was very accommodative, informative about the area and even gave us a tour of the property. The room was exceptionally clean, and with a car only about 2-3 minutes from San Gimignano. The property affords great views of the Tuscan landscape.

We spent 2 nights and had a fabulous time. The property and buildings are clean and impeccably well maintained. Very tasteful, with an historic background and feel, yet with modern amenities. The owner Manfredi is the best and now is a newfound friend. He’s there for you as much or as little as you want, and happy to make great suggestions for what to see and do in the area. Others staying there were returning guests, which is telling. Breakfast was very good as well. Gorgeous views across the hillsides and vineyards. We will definitely return.

Oh my goodness!!! - if you want to experience true Italian hospitality in an amazing farm house B&B with beautiful views, a short drive to San Gimignano, and the BEST host we have ever met...then Rocca degli Olivi is the place for you. When we arrived Manfredi was waiting for us, greeted us warmly, showed us around his amazing property and then we checked in to our room. The room was perfect, nice cold a/c, clean crisp sheets, remodeled yet still rustic room, beautiful view from the terrace, and very quiet at night. Breakfast was served on the main terrace overlooking the olive trees that give this property its name - and was very delicious and fresh. Manfredi was so helpful with all his directions of where to park as we got to San Gimignano (which kept us out of the dreaded ZTL's) and even gave us a few amazing recommendations when we asked for his advice as to what he would suggest we should experience. We took the Chianti Route on our trip to Rome and WOW! so beautiful! We plan on returning later when the weather is a bit cooler and look forward to staying once again at Rocca degli Olivi!

Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa: nota di merito per il contributo al servizio accoglienza da parte di Ginger e Macchia.🐈🐈⬛😻 Siamo arrivati in tre coppie con adolescenti al seguito, ambienti spaziosi e confortevoli, vista caratteristica e rilassante sulle verdi colline toscane.
