El peor hotel, muy cochino desde la recepción. El hotel queda super alto para aquellas personas que quiza van con adultos mayores. Aunque existan justificaciones como la higiene donde fue solo en la recepcion ni siquiera me atrevi a ver la habitacion porque tenian uñas cortadas en el piso de la recepcion, decidieron aplicar una penalidad de 90.000 por la cancelacion. Hasta el jacuzzi con la cervezas de la noche anterior estaban. La verdad pueden poner un poco mas y estar en un mucho mejor hotel.

2 noches de descanso y una vista divina Desde que llegamos un servicio excelente reservamos uno de los jacuzzi y lo disfrutamos tal cual cada noche habitación limpia amplia y con lo necesario, lo recomiendo y lo repito apenas tenga oportunidad!!!

Hospedaje excelente hermoso, verdes jardines diseño y comodidad de sus espacios, la estación de café y agua, con sus dulces de miel típicos de la región, Arquitectura de habitaciones estilo cabañas rústicas, la piscina en el día, la noche el jacuzzi el mejor relajante. El desayuno delicioso, abundante y con la mejor sazón! La atención de todo el personal es oportuna, cálida y de eficiencia. Su ubicación sobre la montaña te deja ver un panorama hermoso de los alrededores. Nos guardaron el equipaje al chek out y eso nos permitió disfrutar de todo el día sin maletas. Es un espacio tranquilo, armonioso, ideal para el descanso y la conexión para transportarse es muy fácil. Espectacular para tomar fotografías y para relajarse pues es tranquilo.
