Una hacienda descuidada, no porque se trate de un lugar histórico tiene que estar así, las paredes despintadas y algunos muebles rotos, nos tocó un cuarto que no coincide con las fotos, muebles mas viejos, la televisión la operan con internet pero en los 2 días que estuvimos, 28 y 29 de julio de 2022, no funcionó nunca su total play, en la regadera no tiene agua caliente, y para acabarla al pagar la salida con la tarjeta de crédito a los minutos empezaron a llegar cuentas no reconocidas, por lo que es obvio que ahí la clonaron ya que no la use en otro lado después. En general un viaje que pintaba para ser de relajación terminó siendo de fastidio. Por lo que no se los recomiendo.

Unfortunately the property is located in a remote & bad neighborhood. The trash recycling field are nearby, therefore, it was trashing outside. The traffic to go anywhere was as bad as Los Angelels traffic.The venue does NOT have the staffing to accommodate the guess. The receptionist, has to do different jobs (Bartender, room services, cook,wtc). The pool & jacuzzi were not cleaned, & jacuzzi was out of service. & if it did work, it was only from 10 am - 6 pm. The game rooms was closed . The venue does not have any entertainment or massage person on premises. They'll also charge you a $500 pesos corking fee if you bring a bottle of wine. The rooms are old and the showers are slippery, unsafe, and not properly maintained. The meal menus were extremely limited. The receptionist & the cook, tried their best to help me, but this venue is very badly staffed. The price for the venue was not worth the price. If you are a local & rent the venue for a special even, I guess is ok. If you are a tourist, I would stay away from this place. Be aware..

The hacienda is not the type of hotel that I normally give a 5 star rating. I’m providing a 5 star rating based on service and the absolute beauty of the grounds. When we arrived Alejandro and Christian met us at the taxi and the great service started there. The rooms are very charming and very historic. There is not AC but the building is cement and though it was 86 degrees during our visit the room was never hot. There was a ceiling fan and a stand up fan. Ladies bring your own shampoo and conditioner. We were there for a wedding and they did an Amazing!!!! Job with decorations of fresh flowers and candles and it was just beautiful. The food at the wedding was average as you would expect from a venue feeding a large group of people but the service was outstanding. The next morning was a Sunday breakfast with so many authentic breakfast choices and all was sooooooo good! Not many hear speak English, which is to be expected since you are in Mexico and we speak a little Spanish but Christian who spoke a little English was always close by the help us. The people who work here were always trying to help. A beautiful relaxing spot that takes you a step back in time.

PESIMO. Una de las peores experiencias que he tenido en hoteles. Para nada cubren el costo de ser "boutique". Desde la atención pésima, en donde el personal no sabía siquiera los horarios de cena "formal" y el lugar, además fuimos a preguntar en recepción en donde estaba la alberca, nos indicaron donde solamente para encontrar una alberca seca (de varios días) y en mal estado, al regresar a preguntar nos dijeron que estaba en mantenimiento, eso a pesar de que cuando preguntamos nos vieron incluso con trajes de baño. El hotel estaba en mal estado, el baño de la habitación sucio y roto, el mostrador lleno de polvo porque no lo habían limpiado en días. Y después de hacer la cancelación el día 14 de mayo y que nos indicaron que el reembolso estaría al día siguiente, después se han dedicado a dar largas para no hacer el reembolso. PARA NADA RECOMENDABLE.
