neighbourhood is a bit shady if you turn towards Market Street so after 5pm needs to be mindful. Overall good location with nearby amenities, hope the situation could improve as this is a really great location

The staff are friendly and mostly can speak cantonese. The location was alright, difficult to find on the first day. Parking in SF is generally expensive. Room was dusty and the sofa give me rashes. However, the walk from Powell Station has a street of homeless people which I feel unsafe for ladies and young kids.

I like its location as I could easily find restaurants for pancakes and fried chicken. And it offered a great deal of breakfast (nice bread and coffee) However, the water heater in my room took too much time to heat up, which was a little bit annoying (especially when the weather is cold).

The service at the hotel was excellent. The employees were very kind when answering our questions. We were also allowed to check in early which was very sweet since we arrived early. They also have a nice gym with a lot of equipment and a nice restaurant attached. Parking is unfortunately not included and it costs $75 for overnight. Fortunately, there are many parking areas around the hotel for much cheaper. Would 100% recommend!

The room booked was spacious and the room rate also include breakfast. The hotel lobby also provide coffee and tea. The hotel is within walking distance to the cable car stop to travel to Union Square and Chinatown and also Fisherman Wharf.

Friendly staff, good value for money hotel in okay location but generally San Francisco is not great or overly safe feeling. Nearby parking is very expensive approx $44 per night, once you leave the parking you have to give you ticket and pay again.

The hotel is excellent and situated in a fantastic location. It offers great amenities and services, making it an ideal choice for both short and long stays. Highly recommended!

From Roosevelt to Biden now, they all stayed at this hotel when they came to San Francisco. The hotel is very old and very large. The Christmas decorations on the first floor attract visitors. Even a suite with an area of ​​over 100 square meters cannot escape the small bathroom of a few square meters. You need to stand in the bathtub to take a shower. The sink is very small. If you are not careful, your toothbrush and toothpaste will fall into the toilet. The network is very good, that's okay. Located at the highest point in San Francisco, the view is great, and the room looks directly at ** Island. Walking down the hillside, you will find Chinatown and Union Square 2 blocks away. You need to climb back up, which is a bit hard.

Great view and close to everything! My whole family(5 ppl including a baby) stayed there and it was nice and convenient. Service was awesome as we were being demanding with a baby and seniors to travel. The $35 welcome/bundle package was great deal to have.

Great location and decent rooms. There's so many smells though in the lift, lobby and you can smell smoke in your rooms. The smoke detector in our room had a plastic bag wrapped on it. YIKES!!!
