The night staff was not very helpful, but the morning and daytime staff were excellent. My room was near the main road, so it was quite noisy in the early morning. However, with earplugs, it shouldn’t be a problem. The highlight of my stay was the complimentary breakfast—it was definitely the best part! The hotel is conveniently located near several bus stops, and Trader Joe’s supermarket is just a 3-minute walk away, making it easy to grab meals and other essentials.

The hotel is in the city centre, 10 minutes walk to Union Square and 30 minutes walk to Fisherman's Wharf. The breakfast is very rich and has a variety of fruits. The room has a fireplace that ignites super warmth. There is a fruit shop across the street, lots of Asian food, and instant noodles.

Great hotel! So authentic and charming. Skittles the cat was a lovely surprise as well. Would 100% recommend. Great location close to all the sites, felt very safe around the hotel as well. Very helpful staff.

2/16〜20まで4泊しました。部屋にはミニキッチン、コーヒーメーカー、電子レンジがありました。カトラリーは、ワインオープナーなども揃っています。シャワーのみで浴槽はなし。シャワーの勢いはまぁまぁ。トイレのペーパーホルダーが後ろにあるので使いづらかった。歯ブラシはフロントで貰える。 　ホテルのロケーションは、テンダーロインと呼ばれる治安が良くない所の境目にあり、1ブロック入ると空気が違うので、滞在中のほとんどをUberを利用しました。徒歩でホテルからユニオンスクエアを経由してPowell.st駅まで向かうのですが、正直、今の治安では恐怖だらけでした。近くにAkiko sushi barがあり、リカーショップもあるので最悪食事はどうにかなります。 　チェックアウトの際、駐車場を利用していないにも関わらず、誤って利用登録されていた。ホテルのフロントの女性達はアメリカらしい感じです。 　また利用するかというと、微妙です。

Staying at the Omni Hotel, the experience is good! The room size is moderate and the layout is reasonable, and it will not make people feel cramped. The location is unique, close to multiple attractions, and convenient to travel. Coupled with the hotel service staff, they greeted each other with smiles, enthusiastically helped with luggage, and could respond to any needs as soon as possible. Recommend!

The parking fee is relatively expensive, but it is near San Francisco, near Union Square, so it is understandable. In addition, the hotel is in the form of a vacation. It is not cleaned daily. The good place is a self-service free laundry room. The room is large enough. There is a living room and a restaurant. You can cook yourself with a microwave.

I did have an issue with noise in my room, but after I requested a change, they were quick to assist and even let me choose from a few other rooms. Just a heads-up: the bathroom amenities are basic, so make sure to bring your own toothbrush. Also, the walls between rooms aren’t very soundproof, so you might hear noise from neighbors.

The location is very convenient for tourism. Jiuquhua Street and Fisherman's Wharf are about half an hour's walk away, which is very good for walking. The temperature and weather here are very suitable. The hotel is very clean and spacious. The bed is also comfortable. The only regret is that there are locomotives and modified cars buzzing on the road next to it very late at night. People who sleep light should not choose it. There are plenty of parking spaces and free parking. Breakfast is included (I overslept and didn't eat it). Anyway, the price-performance ratio is good. Very good 👍

Single female staying alone. Very nice entrance and service. Room lovely and simple. No coffee in room or hotel but coffee shops on the street easy to find close by. Neighborhood a little much for me after dark and was glad I had a companion with me. Reasonable price balanced out all small differences from big chain hotels. Loved the ambiance and simple Chinese decorations!

We had a fantastic stay at the Westin St Francis. It exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it. The hotel and suite itself were amazing, but more importantly, it was the service that really impressed us. 5 Star service and we were so grateful for how helpful all the staff were. Particularly Luis who checked us in and was very kind. Also, a special thank you to Bikram who was most helpful when I left my AirPods behind and he organised for them to be returned to me!
