The hotel is very conveniently located for attending the conference at Moscone Center. It is less than 10 mts walk. There is a BART station within 2-5 mts walk. The hotel location is downtown and you will find homeless people and drug users nearby. Especially at night need to be careful. The hotel staff are extremely nice and helpful. I really like the hotel because of the service attitude of the staff. The rooms are decently big, have adequate space for luggage, clean and well maintained. The bathroom is small. There is no separate hot water kettle and we have to use the coffee maker. They provide free coffee and tea . The free wifi connection was fine in my room. There is a fantastic breakfast place right next door. We did not opt for breakfast with our room booking. But we ate there many days. Excellent food and service! Their house potatoes, french toast, omelettes and other dishes were excellent. Must try! There is a shopping center and multiple eateries near by. Tried a few different food options, but did not have time for shopping. Overall Pickwick is a very good hotel and is value for money, especially for business travelers attending events/conference at Moscone center.
Awesome hotel for the price! Was looking for something affordable for one person and near BART. It's right next to the Civic Center stop, the front desk attendants were kind and helpful, room was simple and clean. Nice big bathroom mirror. Wireless was good, I worked during the day in my room. The coffee shop inside the hotel was closed for some reason, but there's so much coffee in SF I'd just walk somewhere.
First impression was the staff. Super helpful and friendly. The hotel has an old world charm about it. The room was quite small but the bed was really comfortable and very nice bedding. The room was clean and had a good shower in it. There was no noise as my room faced onto another building. No air con but found the ceiling fan did a good job. It's a perfect location for everywhere with regular bus and trains. I think it's really more of an upmarket hostel than a hotel but that said for the price it's a very good deal. Biggest selling point is the staff. Super nice. I felt the hotel was safe, clean and an excellent location. Also right next door to trader Joe's! Bonus! Would definitely stay there again.

The location and facilities were fine, except that the room was too small, and the front desk staff was really friendly. The area was safe, and the Pier was right in front, which was nice.
The price is quite good and the location is not bad, near BART, but the area is full of homeless, and the streets not very clean, and the neighborhood appears to be a hub for drug dealing. It doesn't feel too unsafe but it is not the most beautiful part of SF for sure. For the price paid, the hotel is quite beautiful and the rooms are specious and well furnished. The swimming pool is a nice touch. Maybe I was unlucky but could not sleep much in my room: at 4:30am the trash was collected from the street below my room and it was very very very loud. At 5:30am there was street cleaning... again quite loud. Not sure I will go back...
The sanitation, surrounding environment, facilities and services are all very good, cost-effective, and it was recommended by local friends. It is within walking distance of the Warriors home stadium. I will choose this hotel next time.
Centrally located, this property is good for a comfortable short stay. There are many restaurants nearby including a Mediterranean restaurant, pizza outlets, etc. The breakfast spread is good.
In addition to a few towels, there is no supporting facilities, which is incomparable with the configuration and service of domestic hotels. It is really rubbish at home.
I didn't know what to expect, but for the price and location, I couldn't ask for more. The train station was all of a 5 min walk from the hotel and I was able to go up or down the city!
The location is good, located in the main business center, surrounded by some of the major shopping malls in the United States such as macy's. The front desk service was not bad, but when we checked in, the front desk forgot to ask for a credit card guarantee. After shopping back the next day, I locked the room directly. The key could not be used. Only when I got back to the front desk, I felt a little uncomfortable. Because the big bag of small bag went upstairs and down, the front desk can completely in the previous phone room or leave a message, these have not been received.

Great
JJiudiancepingjixiaoleiThe St. Regis San Francisco can be said to be the ceiling level of local hotels, and it is also one of the top hotels I have stayed in in the United States. It is in an excellent location. SFMoMA is next door to the hotel, and it is basically only a 5-7 minute walk from the Union Square shopping street. The overall size of the hotel is not large, but the services, hardware, and facilities are very exquisite and delicate. Although the quality is far from the St. Regis Hotel in China, it cannot be judged by domestic standards in the United States. It is highly recommended!
GGuest UserAmenities are really lacking - the room lacked basic items, including no free water in the room, no slippers, only one dressing gown (despite being booked for two people). Temperature controls were inconsistent. The lighting was either on or off - no way to turn off just a few.
Service was predominately pretty poor - staff were grumpy and aloof from our arrival onwards. But Sammie was fantastic - when we encountered an issue with the heating in our original room she was super accommodating and friendly.
Redeeming qualities - the room was really clean, housekeeping were great, the view from the roof was great, and the location was walking distance from so many places (MOMA, Union Square, Oracle Stadium, Chase Stadium, Pier 33 for Alcatraz, ferry building etc) as well as good food options.
꿀꿀맛인생The hotel is very luxurious.
The breakfast space is especially beautiful.
The rooms are also clean.
The staff are also friendly.
The hotel also has a convenient Ghirardelli store and a bar.
The swimming pool was small but convenient to use.
I think I will use this place again next time :)
77796****When booking and paying room fees through the Ctrip platform, hotels sometimes charge additional fees such as city service fees, and the platform will clearly list additional conditions when booking. Like the platform! In the last two checkouts, I found that the hotel had duplicate bills. Although the customer service of Ctrip successfully returned the bills, I still saw the loopholes in the hotel management, which caused troubles for customers. I was not happy.
DdogkingThe room is large and very clean. Starbucks coffee was provided, which was very thoughtful. The location of the hotel is very good and it is very convenient to Union Square. Will stay again next time.
DDamianSan Francisco was fantastic and the Marriott Marquis capped off an amazing stay. The room was perfect and the location was accessible to everything in the city including the nearby shopping. Would consider staying here again at our next time in San Francisco.
