The room booked was spacious and the room rate also include breakfast. The hotel lobby also provide coffee and tea. The hotel is within walking distance to the cable car stop to travel to Union Square and Chinatown and also Fisherman Wharf.

The hotel is in a great location, just minutes away by foot to Fisherman's Wharf. Lombard Street and Chinatown are both accessible by foot, as well as the trendy Russian Hill/Polk St area with many bars and restaurants. There are multiple rental car locations a few minutes walk away as well so that you can drive across the Golden Gate Bridge and go to the Battery Spencer Lookout or continue onwards to Sausalito and Muir Woods. Note that there are two wings of the building and we were placed in the wing separate from the main lobby and dining room, and the steps were not wheelchair accessible. The service and amenities are good, but we had a first floor room facing the street and it was quite noisy at times due to the poor noise isolation where you could hear people talking outside on the street quite clearly. Overall, the location was good and the value was quite high with breakfast being included (it was fine, nothing special).

This hotel is a gem! From the friendly staff, the room amenities and comfortable rooms and beds to the excellent program of events and activities that the hotel has on offer, we had a wonderful stay and just wish we had more time to take advantage of the extras this hotel gives you. Freshly brewed local coffee in the morning with pastries/biscuits and fresh fruit-infused water always available in reception, these little extras made us feel extra welcome and we’d definitely return and recommend to others. The location in Fisherman’s Wharf area is perfect as well!

Very good experience, full marks to the front desk staff, very enthusiastic and friendly. If I have to make a suggestion, it is that the hot air blower on the windowsill is too noisy, I hope it can be improved. Another suggestion is that there are quite a lot of Chinese guests, it would be better if they could provide a kettle.

We got charged a few extras on arrival called destination fee which wasn't clear when booking. It didn't give us any extra benefits for the money not worth it but had to pay it.

Be sure to view the Hotel Caza website for the extensive list of additional fees associated with the booking (destination fee, parking, etc). The prices are very transparent on the site and aren’t as clear booking through third party. This hotel has incredible customer service! The front desk ambassadors are warm and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Vanessa and her colleague truly provide world class customer service. She provided 10-15% off coupons for restaurants on the pier. We had a fantastic time for my mother’s birthday in San Francisco and it would not have been the same with another hotel. The location of Hotel Caza is near Fishermans Wharf. It is walkable to many attractions such as the Coit Tower, Ghirardelli’s, the piers, etc. There are an abundance of great restaurants nearby. We had a delicious brunch next door at “Eight am” cafe. Other attractions are a bit further out and require transportation such as Golden Gate Park, Sausalito, and redwood forests. This is a very family oriented hotel. There are many games in the lobby for children and adults. Bicycles to peruse the city are provided on a first come first serve basis each morning. The swimming pool is on the smaller side and always has kids in it. The evening cookies are packaged and not freshly baked. The lobby has an overpowering smell of perfume. Overall, we had an amazing time at this hotel and highly recommend it for family vacations!

A stay that exceeded expectations. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and introduced various rights and interests in detail. The room is large enough and well-equipped. There is also a hand-held garment steamer, which is very convenient for business trips; the sanitation and cleaning are in place; the restaurant downstairs is delicious It's very good. Many people who don't live in the hotel also come to eat. If you stay in the hotel, you can get a discount of 20 dollars a day; it is about 800 meters away from Fisherman's Wharf; there are two supermarkets across the street, which is very convenient. Overall it is worth choosing again.

The room is clean and of moderate size. The hotel provides reusable silicone travel cups and drinking water, which can be used at any time, which is environmentally friendly and convenient. The food in the restaurant is not expensive, the sundaes are delicious, and the coffee is good. The best thing is the location of the hotel. Fisherman's Wharf is right outside, in n out is a five-minute walk, and Dangdang Bus Terminal is a five-minute walk away. It's great.

1. The service attitude is very good. There should be only one staff member in the hotel who can speak Chinese, but other staff members are very enthusiastic, and the rooms can also meet the needs of arranging quiet rooms on high floors; 2. Mineral water is not provided in the room, but a US$10 retail coupon is given so that you can choose the food and beverages you are interested in in the retail area; 3. The geographical location is excellent, you can walk directly to Fisherman’s Wharf, and it is only two blocks away from the starting station of the Ding Ding bus; 4. There are many delicious food nearby. There is a Korean restaurant surisan opposite the hotel. The portions are large and the taste is authentic. The fried chicken is a bit sweet. You can also go to Fisherman's Wharf to eat at the Sourdough Bread Factory. The soup is delicious and highly recommended.

The hotel zephyr was excellent in its location close to everything and the service also overall a great stay and experience !
