Great location next to Fisherman's Warf (which is next to the Ghirardelli square and the trolley stop and the piers and several food places). Overnight parking is available for a fee and their valet service was pretty quick. The room was large and comfortable. I didn't try the restaurant or bar, so no comments about them; it did look nice and was full of people one of the nights. No homeless people were around the hotel but when you get a couple blocks away you have to deal with that.

The room was spacious and nice, Sarah was kind, there was a refrigerator in the room, and a microwave was right next to the lobby. If you walk a little behind the accommodation, you can see the Golden Gate Bridge :)

Very good location. Fisherman wharf is 2 steps away with all its places.
Very expensive parking - $75 per day for valet (only one option), in-n-out. The car is delivered quite fast, but both time I asked for it it was not within promised 10 minutes.
Resort fee (there is a resort fee, pay attention while booking) includes $15 per day restaurant credit, coffee on the morning and free marshmallows in the evening (they have nice fireplaces in the courtyard, but pretty busy). Water refill station also present.
Room (junior suit) was quite spacious. It was clean, only bathroom had small ”issues”.
Safe and fridge in the room were very handy.
Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a guard in the evening in front of the main door - nice option for San Francisco.

All of the staff seemed really nice. From the moment we arrived and had a friendly greeting from the valet parking worker, to the ladies that we interacted with in reception.
The room was nothing special, but by that I mean it had no outstanding features, or any distinguishable traits that would separate it from other hotels
The concierge was friendly and helpful, and was very useful in helping us to plan our activities.
And the hotel is in a good location to get to the pier or do the 'big bus' tour.
But here's the downside. The gym is small, had no steriliser, or wipes, even though one of the rules stated in the gym is to wipe down the equipment after use.
And the overall impression of the gym is that it could do with a really good clean from top to bottom.
Added to that there's the washing machine and tumble dryer located in the gym.
Yes that's right, in the actual gym.
Now we were very happy when we read about the hotel having washing machine facilities, but we were slightly surprised at it's location.
Another thing was the air con. We stayed in September and although the weather for the season was just starting to cool down after the summer, it was still fairly warm.
The air con looked as if it had been fitted in the seventies and made a sound as if it had been running non stop ever since then.
It was so noisy that we had to turn it off completely at night time and at different times during the day.
On a final point we received news regarding the death of my partner's daughter, which meant that we had to cut our whole vacation short including this leg of the trip.
We informed the front desk that we would be checking out one day early.
We were not expecting a refund, for that day, but after being told by the member of staff that the 30 dollar a night 'destination fee' would be waived for the night that we were not going to be there, we later found out that this fee had still been added to the final bill.
We still have no idea what a 'destination fee' is, but to be charged it when we weren't even at the hotel was extra galling.
And what was also strange was the fact they didn't even ask why it was that we had decided to cut our stay short?
Would you not be interested to know whether something was wrong with your customers stay, and to know why they had cut their visit short??
A bit of a poor end to a otherwise 'ok' stay at the hotel.

Set a room The sofa in the living room is a big bed. The space is still very comfortable Complete kitchen utensils But seasoning only has a mini mini jar of salt and black pepper No oil Have dish cloth and detergent Free hot chocolate is good to drink There is also a free package of self-heating popcorn. excellent service Good surrounding environment Walking from Nine Quhua Street and Fisherman’s Wharf but! The biggest bug is that there is no air conditioning. The last few days of the Chinese New Year to catch up with the coldest time in San Francisco No quilt, only blanket Adding two more beds or not getting cold ”successful” cold The room light is a bit too dim Not bright If it is winter, it is not recommended to live here. Will be frozen and get sick

There is a parking lot but you need to pay. It feels quite expensive even if the tax is more than $25. The room is not big but enough for 2 people, free coffee for 24 hours is not bad, breakfast is short of bread and some snacks

I booked a suite to stay with my parents and the room is so spacious that staying 3 people with at least 9 luggages still feeling very comfortable. The room can be sectioned into 2 bedrooms so that was very nice and create more privacy. Plus, the parking is free for the guess with close gate, it was very safe to stay. I compared the price and space around the close by hotels and this is the winner. Totally recommended.

The location of the hotel is really great, very close to the lively Pier 39 and within walking distance; there is a bus stop at the door, which goes directly to the Golden Gate Bridge. You can pay cash on the bus, which is $3 for a single trip and $5.5 for a day ticket; the tram starting point is not far away and within walking distance. You can buy tickets by swiping a credit card at a machine. It is recommended to buy a day ticket for $14, which allows you to ride the tram and all public buses freely. Due to flight reasons, we arrived at the hotel at 12 noon. The guy at the front desk was very good and checked us into the room directly. The hotel breakfast is very rich. The only drawback is the poor sound insulation. The footsteps upstairs and the voices next door can be clearly heard.

The hotel is excellently located, just a short walk from Fisherman's Wharf and the cable car terminus. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The front desk features a coffee bar, serving coffee and tea. The housekeeping staff were very friendly, always smiling and greeting guests in the hallways. Breakfast was also good; there were several varieties of yogurt to choose from. Options included bacon, sausages, steamed eggs, oatmeal, milk, and fruit – a satisfying selection.

Great
YYUNGWEIVery Hippie style hotel. You can have free coffee in the morning and free wine during evening time. You also can play music with turntables in your room. The most funny thing is you could choose one plant in the front desk and bring to your room.

SSekigakuThe service is very good and flexible. They are responsive to all kinds of adjustment requests. The front desk also told me where to renew the reservation at a cheaper price. The location is very good. This is a safe area in San Francisco, close to Fisherman's Wharf and within walking distance. By the way, the name of this hotel has nothing to do with ”Japanese style”, hahaha, it's a translation problem.

MMaisonGBe sure to view the Hotel Caza website for the extensive list of additional fees associated with the booking (destination fee, parking, etc). The prices are very transparent on the site and aren’t as clear booking through third party.
This hotel has incredible customer service! The front desk ambassadors are warm and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Vanessa and her colleague truly provide world class customer service. She provided 10-15% off coupons for restaurants on the pier. We had a fantastic time for my mother’s birthday in San Francisco and it would not have been the same with another hotel.
The location of Hotel Caza is near Fishermans Wharf. It is walkable to many attractions such as the Coit Tower, Ghirardelli’s, the piers, etc. There are an abundance of great restaurants nearby. We had a delicious brunch next door at “Eight am” cafe. Other attractions are a bit further out and require transportation such as Golden Gate Park, Sausalito, and redwood forests.
This is a very family oriented hotel. There are many games in the lobby for children and adults. Bicycles to peruse the city are provided on a first come first serve basis each morning. The swimming pool is on the smaller side and always has kids in it. The evening cookies are packaged and not freshly baked. The lobby has an overpowering smell of perfume. Overall, we had an amazing time at this hotel and highly recommend it for family vacations!
