The location is located in the center of San Francisco, close to the Giants' home stadium, and the transportation is convenient! The room is fully equipped and the comfortable space design on the rooftop is really impressive!

Amenities are really lacking - the room lacked basic items, including no free water in the room, no slippers, only one dressing gown (despite being booked for two people). Temperature controls were inconsistent. The lighting was either on or off - no way to turn off just a few.
Service was predominately pretty poor - staff were grumpy and aloof from our arrival onwards. But Sammie was fantastic - when we encountered an issue with the heating in our original room she was super accommodating and friendly.
Redeeming qualities - the room was really clean, housekeeping were great, the view from the roof was great, and the location was walking distance from so many places (MOMA, Union Square, Oracle Stadium, Chase Stadium, Pier 33 for Alcatraz, ferry building etc) as well as good food options.

Great location located right across the street from Oracle park. If you ever travel to San Francisco to watch a Giants game this hotel is perfect has a great location

At check in, the man at the front desk wearing a gray hoodie said he was putting us in a room with a view of the city. When we get to the room, the only thing in view is a brick wall. I called down to ask about the view and his response was, "well you have a standard room so you dont get a view". Okay, fine but why tell us we are getting a view if we aren't and then basically tell me its my fault. The room itself isnt anything to write about. It's small, and very plain. For the price, I'd have gotten better elsewhere. Standard room here = prison cell.
