The hotel is located in the city center of Union Square. The location is good and not far from the subway. The only problem is that the facilities are old and the front desk doesn't seem very nice to Chinese people. If you want the convenience of the location, you can stay here. The deposit can only be paid by credit card. It has been 10 days since I returned to China, and I haven't refunded it yet!

Very dissatisfied. The deposit of 150 USD has not been refunded yet. They said it would take 3-5 days. It has been 16 days and still not received. Does the store want to default on the payment? This is so dishonest. It is no different from robbery!

For the price a good hotel however was in an area with a large homeless presence outside and there was also quite a lot of noise from outside
