The location is just right at Union Square. The bus station to almost every attraction as well as bus 292 and BART to the airport.. The downside is that there are many homeless people all around the area. On the way to the hotel, you can not miss passing them. The whole downtown area smells like ********. However the jotel itself and the staff are great.The room came with electric fan not air conditioning .

I'm not booking here again. better choose a newer hotel around union square. the room has a foul smell and the carpet is dusty. I kept coughing and sneezing. this area is not safe for families a lot of homeless people roaming around the area.

居住體驗非常糟糕，設備陳舊，噪音很大，樓道氣味怪異，尤其是設備轟鳴聲，窗户完全不隔音。特別提醒，儘管是已付費入住酒店，但是入住需要刷信用卡預授權額度較高，是我入住所有酒店預授權最高且一個月都沒有撤銷預授權，儘管我郵件甚至再回到酒店要求查詢撤銷日期並被酒店經理告知已撤銷，但是截止目前我和銀行確認得知預授權仍未撤銷。

房間比較小，而且臨路邊窗户關不嚴很吵，酒店沒地方停車衹能停停車場。不過前台服務還是不錯的，可以寄存行李，熱水也還行。
