The hotel is clean and tidy, decorated with modern art, and the service is professional and enthusiastic. The only drawback is the environment. There are quite a few homeless people around. Sometimes people will greet you when you enter and exit the hotel even if you don't make eye contact. However, according to the local Uber driver, they want to sell you **, but you just don't buy it. Very good service and quality, good location, few homeless people around. About 1000 meters from San Francisco Conservatory of Music, Japantown and Union Square. The room is a bit small, but the sanitation is very good. The stairs are beautiful 🤩
