This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is dirty and has no service. The Hilton in San Francisco is only 2,000. I originally planned to sleep during the layover and did not have high expectations, but it was really bad.

The Hotel is actually very nice. The city looks clean and it’s right next to the Federal Building and very safe. It’s right in the heart of SF, next to the farmers market, and his private parking you can pull into in the back, with a back door if you want to be private. Staff keeps the place clean and they are very respectful.

Hotel was not as described in the photo when I first booked this location. It’s mostly surrounded by a sketchy area. If you wanted to go out to eat or get a snack it’s not safe to walk around at night. Recommended to take a uber. Fire alarm kept going off, squeaky floors, the shower floor looked like it has not been cleaned or needed some renovation done. Not enough amenities in the restroom. The bed had a funky smell like it has a lot of dust. The hallway is super narrow. Even worse parking felt too tight my car got scratched. Looked like someone had opened their door too hard and made contact with mine. Honestly wish I took photos to give a visual image of my description. Otherwise poor experience unfortunately.

The gentleman that checked me in was EXTREMELY pleasant!!! Even if I didn't stay at this property during my next visit to San Francisco, I would go by just to visit with him. Regarding the hotel, there is nothing extravagant about the property. However, if you don't need over-the-top opulence, then you'll be just fine with this hotel. There was no refrigerator or air conditioning in my room. I don't mention this to complain, but instead only to be informative!!! I didn't require either. If you know the weather in San Francisco, A/C ain't a priority! My room had a desk, desk chair, and living room style chair. There was enough space to store clothing, as if I were going to live there. The amount of closet space was enough to accommodate a family of 50! The bathroom was quaint - it had all I needed, and a shower. My room was on the 5th floor, and was accessible via an elevator or stairs. I had a TV, Wi-Fi, and a comfortable bed. Considering my being in San Francisco during the biggest technical conference in the world, the room was pleasantly priced. I can't say that I recommend this hotel, only because we all have different requirements and taste - one size doesn't fit all. However, I will have no hesitation to stay at this property during my next visit to San Francisco. For what I needed from a hotel stay, on a scale of 1 to 10 (best), I would rate my experience no less than a 9!!!!

This hotel was the best. The staff members very nice and and helpful. The food was excellent! The cooks made our food fresh on request. And the Valet attendant. David was very Accommodating and professional He was friendly helpful and nice to me and my new husband.

Hotel muy antiguo, cerca del City Hall, buena ubicación pero la habitación muy antigua, con decoración de hace 100 años, con mal olor al entrar y malos servicios. Ascensor que daba miedo. Nos cobraron más en tasas que lo que hubiera pagado por dormir allí. Para no volver.
