Surprisingly convenient location with diverse shops, cafes and dinings Pretty close to anywhere places of interest Sometimes can hear street noise, AC a bit loud but working well ! Toiletries a bit disappointed, bathrooms is a bit tight, beware of the glass doors Rooms clean everyday and spacious Overall have a good stay here 😃

Good location. Great thing to have free parking as well. Bed was a bit lumpy, but no other complaints.

It was in a safe neighborhood in San Francisco. It is about 20 min walk to Lombard Street.

Very clean and spacious! Location down the street from Ghiradelli Square. Would recommend for budget travelers wit a car!

Clean and well situated

The service was very good, and the front desk was very enthusiastic. They introduced us to various attractions around the hotel, as well as unsafe areas. They were clearly marked on the map for us. The room was large, clean and comfortable, and the layout was very reasonable.

Good location, spacious and well-equipped room, coffee maker, microwave, iron... very friendly reception and free parking!! One block from pharmacy, Starbucks, several restaurants and very walkable to Ghirardelli and Fishermans Wharf on Polk Street

There was a microwave in the room! Although the amenities were minimal, the room was spacious and enough for one night's sleep. I left my luggage before check-in and joined a tour, but when I told them I wouldn't be able to bring my luggage to my room by 3pm, I was able to ask them to carry it to my room. When you check in, they will give you a brief explanation of tourist spots and dangerous areas on a map of the surrounding area.

Although the room facilities are simple and the bedding looks old (hygiene is OK), it cannot stand up to the good location (20 minutes' walk to Chinatown, Fisherman's Wharf, etc.), free parking (San Francisco is really too expensive), and the reasonable price (800 RMB during winter vacation) One night), so it is highly recommended!
