Axiom Hotel

ハリウッドのど真ん中でハリウッドサインも部屋から見えて立地は抜群できた。水回りも綺麗で、スタッフの方もフレンドリーで総合的に満足のいく滞在でした。しかし、部屋にスリッパの用意有りと記載してあったにもかかわらずありませんでした。(念のため持参していたので問題は無し)また、2人での宿泊なのにバスローブが1人分のみの用意だったので、清掃時に追加で１つ用意してもらおうと思いチップと一緒にその旨メモに残しましたが部屋に戻ってもバスローブの用意はされておらずでした。その後フロントに電話するとすぐに持ってきていただけるとのことでしたが、結局音沙汰なく。翌日の朝に直接フロントに行きバスローブの件を話すと、前日の電話と同じく、すぐに部屋に持っていくとの回答だったため、信じられずその場で待っているからすぐにもらえないかと交渉。10分ほど待ってやっと受け取れました。スリッパとバスローブの件がなければパーフェクトでした。

Very good, very comfortable Facilities: I will stay here again next time, the environment is good, and it is comfortable to stay. It is the first choice for business travel. I will continue to choose this place when I come to the United States next time. It is very good

I made a reservation the day before to go sightseeing in San Francisco, and stayed there alone as a woman. The location is great. It's right in front of the famous cable car starting point! (I was very happy to be able to see the famous cable car manually turning the tracks from my hotel room until late at night! lol) The Tenderloin district is close by, but there are many tourists and locals around the hotel, so I didn't feel scared even though I'm a Japanese woman walking around outside until 9pm. The hotel lobby is small, but the staff were kind and friendly. The room was very clean and the interior was cute, so even though I'm a bit of a germaphobe, I was able to stay comfortably without any problems. I would definitely use it again when I stay in San Francisco.

位置不要太好，就是晚上別瞎晃就行

객실 깔끔하고 호텔 위치도 좋았습니다. 체크아웃할 때 보배를 까먹고 두고 갔었는데 찾아서 맡아주셨어요. 프론트 직원도 친절했어요. 방이 거리쪽이었는데 밤에 잘 때는 소음이 좀 있었습니다.
