Beyond my expectation. The room was spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed. Seems well maintained and staffs were friendly. You could hear kids in the elementary school during day time, there was no safe or microwave.

Staff sold my reservation to a different hotel. Virginia, manager, would not respond to desk staff requests to resolve. Hotel filthy, staff member gave each guest a paper map, circled areas and said? "Dont go here after 5". I would not do this again. Very dissatisfied.

The rooms have been upgraded and are very comfortable. The staff were excellent, and noticeably more numerous than last time. Ideal location next to a Japanese restaurant and across the road from a great mini-mart and liquor store. A lovely home away from home.

I got an email from Club Wyndham 1.5 days before my trip at Worldmark San Francisco was supposed to be saying my reservation was cancelled due to overbooking. They would not rebook me at a hotel of my choosing, instead offering ones that were a good distance away and would fully set me apart from my party staying at the other property. They ended up rebooking me at a property that would still require a walk alone in a sometimes dangerous city. Never ever book with this company, this is the most disgusting customer service I've ever experienced and my trip is essentially ruined.
