Great hotel and neighborhood! We really enjoyed our stay, the staff and the location of this hotel. But shhhhhhhh- we don't want word getting out that San Francisco is amazing right now! It was delightful to be able to get reservations easily and enjoy peaceful walks through Japan Town.

The views from the corner room were amazing. Very nice room with a comfortable bed and room to spread out. The lobby area and the garden level have lots of separate sitting areas that are well decorated and comfortable. Water pressure wasn’t the best but that’s to be expected in California.

This hotel is in the best location in the San Francisco. It is within walking distance to SO MUCH on Fillmore Street, restaurants, bars, shopping, coffee shops and more. Common areas for gathering and bar / hotel restaurant are tops. The fitness gym is spacious and well equipped. Central to many San Francisco neighborhoods. I used to always stay in the financial district. I don't think I will ever stay anywhere else again.

The best hotel for your SF stay!! Beautiful bar/lobby area and all rooms are very modern. We also highly recommend using them for any large occasions you have. We had a room block for our wedding with 40 guests rooms and the sales team and staff were extremely helpful!
