Neighbourgood Sutter Mansion

My girlfriend and I had THE most amazing stay at Neighbourgood Sutter Mansion! We were there to celebrate her birthday and the Neighbourgood Team went above and beyond to make sure she had the most incredible weekend. They welcomed with flowers, there was a hand-written card on the bed and they had help me curate an itinerary for the weekend of some of the best cafes, restaurants and activities...some true hidden gems! Super thoughtful with incredible attention to detail. The hotel is really charming with a beautiful decor and art. The room / bed was super comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We'll definitely be back!

Friendly staff, Amanda is super sweet with a real hospitality attitude. It was wonderful experience every time I approached any of the staff always prompt to assist. Thank you all you made my stay special. Mansion on Sutter has the perfect location in a safe neighborhood. I definitely will be back

Amazing hotel. The building is so fascinating and the service is fantastic. They have been extremely welcoming with us, helped us in any sense (with the laundry as well as with an Amazon delivery or the parking). Great service, offers also the breakfast included which was pleasing. The room are good and we stayed on a very nice king suite - fully equipped with Molton Brown soap... A small boutique hotel that is giving back the glory to the building that host them. Well done!

We stayed at Neighbourgood Sutter Mansion for a few weeks in June as a family and it was everything we hoped for - and more! The space is absolutely beautiful. The pictures don't do justice to the exquisite interiors and grand, opulent feeling of this historic building. Our suite was spacious, with a sleeper couch for our toddler and a gorgeous city view! We had a huge walk-in shower, double vanity (perfect for a couple or family!) and a big spa bathtub with great water pressure and temperature. The staff were so incredibly welcoming and genuinely cared about our experience, particularly when our son got very sick on our trip. They were so thoughtful with giving my parents and us tips on how to get around, and the best places to go. It truly really felt like a home away from home, and we were so grateful for their kindness! We loved the upmarket area where Sutter Mansion is located in Pacific Heights. It was a lovely, quiet atmosphere but also so close to everything, so it was a great part of the city to stay in. We loved how walkable the city is! If you’re looking for somewhere that feels elevated, unique and person - this is it. We can't wait to visit again soon!
