Location: Not far from Fisherman's Wharf, HYDE and MASON bus terminals, many restaurants within walking distance, and not far from the car rental point.

The room was not soundproof at all, the floor was very thin, we could hear the guests walking upstairs. We needed a quiet room, but were given a room on the 3rd floor. Downstairs there were cars coming and going and the hotel lobby entrance. In the middle of the night there were car horns and people warming themselves by the fire downstairs. (San Francisco is very cold, people gathered downstairs to warm themselves by the fire). The room on the 3rd floor was only 5-6 meters away from the downstairs, it was very noisy, and we did not get a good rest.
