The security at the parking lot and the front desk were good, but the elevator seemed like it was about to stop. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, but it was built like an old apartment, so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel.

Although this hotel is conveniently located on fisherman’s wharf and the staff working there were friendly -the hygiene and cleanliness is severely lacking. Bedding had stains on it, sheets appeared to be unchanged as there was hair in between sheets. Shower curtains had hair on it. There were people shouting and screaming outside hotel until the early hours of the morning, so we did not feel safe at all. Requested a cancellation to book another hotel but hotel refused to offer a refund.

I booked this hotel as a solo traveler. I liked that the room had a TV with subscription services. It was also clean. However, when I was walking from reception to my room, the hallway was completely visible from the outside, which made me a little worried about safety as I was traveling alone. But there were no issues, so I was glad.
The reception staff were very kind, and it's close to tourist attractions.

A very old hotel, with some facilities in the guest rooms broken. Friendly staff and excellent location.
