As soon as we walked in and tried to put water in the fridge there was stale milk still in there, kind of taken aback by that, but that was only the beginning. The room looks nothing like it does in the photos and it is so small we had to go outside just to change our minds about staying here. The TV doesn't work and when I tried to get someone to fix it, I called down to the front desk at least 10 times, after a while they disconnected my phone so I couldn't call anymore and had to go down there and each time he forgot about helping me. I wake up this morning cuz there's a coffee maker but that doesn't even work. This is the worst experience I have ever had to deal with in regards to a hotel. They say it's free parking but there's not enough parking stalls for the people staying here. The walls are super thin and you can hear it everything. I woke up this morning with a bad back because of this bed. When I try to call customer service, it's outsourced to the Philippines and even the customer service representative was hard to understand. I will never ever use trip.com ever again and I advise that you should not either!

My toilet seat was cracked so I had to put paper towels to cover it or pinch my legs. The floor wasnβt very clean when I go there (I give some allowance but still), surfaces were cleaned ok tho. Shower was clean. Bed was very comfortable and pillows. AC and heater worked well. Itβs a cheap motel, which I recognize but you have to repair your toilets and actually do a more thorough clean before a new occupant shows up. Also there are no front desk people half the day, seems like just during check in.
