There are a lot of homeless people outside, but the hotel is OK inside. It's an old American hotel. The breakfast is also good. It's close to Union Square and can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.

I booked a hotel through the Ctrip platform, and the room fee was paid in advance. However, when I checked in, the front desk asked for my credit card. I gave it to them thinking it was for identity confirmation. The next day, I found that two more charges were deducted, one for nearly five hundred dollars and one for 30 dollars. After communicating with Ctrip, they deducted the hotel fee again. The customer service agreed to negotiate for a refund, and reminded me to ask the front desk to return the 30 dollar deposit when I check out. However, when I checked out, the front desk had a bad attitude and made excuses, clearly wanting to shirk my responsibility. I would like to remind my compatriots to avoid this hotel, as it feels very unfriendly to Chinese people. The hotel facilities are very old, and the sanitary conditions are hard to describe. The two chairs in the kitchen were so dirty that I dared not sit on them.

The hotel is OK, but the breakfast is terrible. Parking costs $57, which I found out after I arrived. If you drive yourself, decide based on your own situation. I woke up early and found that there were many homeless people around, and I didn't feel safe enough.

It's perfect for a classic-looking place to stay. The location is not bad for sightseeing and the hotel offers good breakfast. You can store your luggage and go sightseeing. There is also a small Korean mart across from the building. However, it is close to the Tenderloin, so if you go a little bit away from the hotel, you will see homeless people in San Francisco.

This is a hotel with a sense of age. The lobby is antique, the rooms are clean, and the bathroom shower is unique. It is very close to Union Square and Dingdang Car, and it is convenient to go out and play in the surrounding areas.

The interior is elegantly decorated. The room is fully equipped. However, there is no electric kettle, only a coffee machine. If you need hot water, you need to go to the front desk. The location is excellent, and it is convenient to take BART or bus. The breakfast is relatively monotonous, but the taste is OK (all sweets), and there are fruits and yogurt, which can fill your stomach.
