Easy to find, checked in quickly. Loved the room we had. The location feels historic and full of character. Front desk attendant was super nice and helpful. The old style elevator was very fun to use. Our window had access to the escape stairs and over looked the main road which added an adventures feel. It was perfect for what we needed. We were able to walk to the Mosaic where we were attending a concert.

The service attitude is good. The hotel is in a good location with convenient transportation. It is very close to the car rental company and you can get the car across the road. There is a refrigerator and microwave, and a simple breakfast. The room is too small, not ventilated, and has an inner window, which has a bad smell.

The hotel location was good, but the room was too small (different from the picture) and not very clean. However, compared to the high cost of living in San Francisco, it was cheap and I had a good stay for two days.

Overall rating was average. I was a bit disappointed with the valet parking situation. They stop the service at 10pm.
