Good location without the homeless people around .. Chinatown within walking distance and other attractions pretty nearby too

The location is good and safe. The valet parking fee is expensive and there’s also destination fees. The hotel room is nice and clean.

The hotel looks and feels new in a nice central location in SF. The lobby and room itself is on the dark side, but the staff and amenities are very nice.

Good location. Close to the downtown area. The price was fair as well. The shower in the room is a bit odd as there is no sliding door or curtains, and a random gap.

The check-in experience was very bad. I searched for many hotels and checked Ctrip reviews for a long time before finding this one. I don't know how these good reviews were posted. I checked in at the hotel and was shocked when I opened the door. There were used bath towels on the stool by the door, used bath towels in the bathroom, and paper towels were obviously used. The bed also looked like it had just been slept in. Can Ctrip still be trusted? I have been on business trips for many times this year and have stepped on pitfalls many times😠😡😡

The room is large and very clean. Starbucks coffee was provided, which was very thoughtful. The location of the hotel is very good and it is very convenient to Union Square. Will stay again next time.

Checked in again, everything was fine, the sandwiches made freshly in the small supermarket downstairs were delicious, the only regret was that the shower water pressure was too low.

This trip to San Francisco was quite pleasant, mainly because the hotel was very satisfactory. The location is good. Take the BART subway from the airport to Montgomery Station, and walk a few minutes from the station. The hotel is on Montgomery Street, close to MARKET Street (a main commercial road), and the surrounding is clean and safe. Take two subway stations or walk for more than 20 minutes to reach City Hall Square, visit City Hall and the Asian Art Museum. It is also very convenient to go to Fisherman's Wharf or the University of California, Berkeley. The hotel is on a high floor with a good view. There seem to be 5 elevators. You don't have to worry about waiting for the elevator. It is very efficient to go up and down every time. The room is very spacious, with large floor-to-ceiling landscape glass. 3 28-inch suitcases can be easily opened flat. The shower room does not have a glass sliding door, which is a bit strange. I am very satisfied with everything else. The lounge area in the hotel lobby is very spacious, with a small convenience store, and you can use the $15 shopping voucher issued by the front desk. The breakfast is more expensive, but the variety is rich and the quality is very good. We enjoyed one breakfast and one afternoon tea, and the experience was very good. There is a coffee machine and a small refrigerator in the room. You can buy some sandwiches, fruits and yogurt from the convenience store for breakfast. Free luggage storage is provided after check-out. The service staff at the front desk, restaurant and convenience store are very good. I will come again if I have the chance.

The hotel is nice, the location is good, there are basically no homeless people around, and the waiters are also very friendly. However, the room I stayed in was next to the elevator, and the noise was so loud that it was a headache. At first I thought it was a plane flying over, but later I realized it was the elevator. This room is really bad, room 1716. Maybe the rooms on other floors are the same. Although the noise is loud, I still sleep with rough skin and snoring because of jet lag, hahaha

The room was spacious and clean. It was close to Chinatown so the food was delicious. The breakfast buffet had delicious fruit.
