The location is great! It's right in the middle of downtown San Francisco. Since it was Christmas season, the Christmas lights at Macy's and Union Square were wonderful, so I enjoyed walking around there many times. You can also get on the cable car and the bus of the same series, which I've always wanted to see, right in front of the hotel.
As for facilities, there is a hair dryer in the room. There was also a large closet, which was helpful since I stayed for several nights. The refrigerator in the room was also good and cold.
There were also fresh apples, mojito water, and cookies in the lobby, which you could eat at any time. I bit into the apples with the skin on, but they were quite delicious. The cookies were very delicious, so I was happy that the type changed every time I went to get them.
The front desk and lobby were small, and I liked the relaxing atmosphere, like a living room in the good old days of America.
Behind it was a cafe corner, where coffee (decaf is also available), black tea, and herbal tea bags were available in abundance.
There was also a water server (hot and cold), so I was able to enjoy cup noodles and other things. There was also a microwave there, so I was able to enjoy the instant curry I brought with me!
The only drawback is that the beds are very high. I'm over 170cm tall, but the height of the vaulting horse is too high (it feels like it's about 80cm).
Other than that, the staff and customers were very friendly and I felt at ease, so I'll definitely use it again next time I go to San Francisco.
