Were to start? Oh ok. From your lies. You show that the hotel had parking as part of their offer You did not disclaim that you have to pay for it we have to dealnwith a couple of rude employees for more than one hour because they really were wanting to cancel the reservation even befire we say anything. We talk to one of your customer service attendants in India and we did not understood any of her explanations and Im sure she did not understood us either. Finilly we paid 75 extra dollars and face our room. It was a little.bit less than a jail room of a cheap.movie. Ill wont recomend it to my worst enemy. The smell.of the carpet was disgusting and there were long black hairs in the bed. We were glad to bring some blankets and sleep in double cloths. The Heather was faulty and only run at full heat so we have to wake upnin the morning to turn it off and on again. You ruin my 3 days vacation in San Francisco

Close to fisherman's wharf. But not walkable for elderly people.
Had to pay extra for parking. $25 per day.
Room was old and musty. Smelled of stale cigarettes

Great rate in the city close to the wharf they even let us keep our car in the lot while we went to eat breakfast. 2nd time staying here will def be back for a 3rd

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti, camera molto spaziosa con due letti. Bagno piccolo ma funzionale. Personale gentile e disponibile. La moquette non ha un buon odore e la tenda nella vasca da bagno è un po’ sorpassata, ma per il resto è stato un ottimo soggiorno.

Very convenient location. walking distance to Fisherman’s wharf.
However booked a room with a king bed which ended up being a double bed. It also states that infant cots are available and we had requested one but when checking in I was told that they didn’t offer them so this is something that may need to be updated

Location was great; neighborhood was busy but our room was quiet. Staff were friendly, and the cleaning staff even folded my son’s baby blanket! :) The only drawback was that there wasn’t a microwave in our room.
