On the day of my checked-out, the available lift was ONLY ONE in operation. The rest of the lift was not in operation and the waiting time for the lift was not reasonable especially those with luggage with them. Building were old compared to others. Staff was not as friendly as what I expected especially at the concierge and the checked out counter.

The hotel has a great sense of design, the waiters are very enthusiastic, the circular corridor has a hollow design, and it feels like home. The room and bed are large, the bathroom is very clean, and there are many delicious foods near the hotel.
