Arrived at the hotel around 8pm, no one helped with the luggage at the door (no one helped with the luggage when leaving the hotel either). When I called the front desk, they said they couldn't find the order. I waited for a while before they found it. The front desk staff didn't smile at all and looked very indifferent. The room facilities were very old and the bathroom was not clean. Three people checked in and only one bottle of water was given. There was also a half bottle of water left by the previous guest in the mini bar. The overall feeling was very disappointing. Not recommended!
