This Hotel has great customer service all the way through. It is in a prime location basically a block from Fisherman’s Wharf. The rooms are a little small, the bathroom is as well. They have a vanity outside of the room with the only bathroom switch which I thought was weird. I requested a quiet room and I got exactly that so beggars can’t be choosers. All in all it’s a good hotel especially when you are out and about in the City.

The Junior King Suite was a little smaller than expected, but was clean and cozy. Parking with Valet only, at $65. Getting our car was fast and easy. Children had fun with smores. Free 1-hour bike rental available. Boardgames are also available to rent.
One minor thing - there was a used and stained plastic fork inside the microwave that was sent to our room upon request.
Would come back to stay again.

The hotel is in a great location, and it is very convenient to go to the surrounding attractions such as Fisherman's Wharf. You can use the hotel's free bicycles to go out for a stroll. The parking fee is expensive, it costs $75 + tax, and it is valet parking, and you have to tip, which is inconvenient. The car can be parked in the indoor parking lot next door, 35 yuan a night (tax included), or in the public parking lot outside, 10 dollars a day!
