華人客人最好遠離吧，種族歧視嚴重。服務非常差，除了要小費積極，什麼都不積極。態度傲慢且冷漠，毫無服務可言。
我們辦入住的時候，用了四張銀行卡，都説用不了，有國內的也有Chase bank的，在辦入住前剛租了車，都可以正常使用。與前台協商解決辦法，是不是可以用現金交按金，也是拒絕，後面我們説那就辦理退款吧，並且對四張卡刷不了存疑，對方也不同意。後面鬧到經理出來了，説再看着試一下，我們直接把卡貼着Tap了一下，馬上就刷好了。在這之前就是不讓我們tap，用最原始的刷卡方式在那比劃。
後續，沒有道歉，沒有升級，沒有任何補償。我們聯繫攜程想要退掉第二晚，第一晚就算了，當然是協商失敗。
後面辦理退房，他們説賬單給我發郵件，早上退房到中午還沒收到賬單，鑒於Check in的不靠譜，我也很擔心他們亂扣款，我們也沒收到扣款訊息，攜程幫忙聯繫，對方説發錯郵箱了，攜程再次給了他們早已提供的郵箱地址。現在下午七點半了，郵箱沒收到任何訊息，電話沒接到任何致歉。

The room was very clean and the facilities were new. We booked a suite and received welcome fruit and an exclusive card. The service was very attentive. The front desk was not on the first floor and you had to take the elevator. Turn right and walk 800 meters to the Moscone Exhibition Center, which was very convenient for business travel. Unfortunately, the hotel does not include breakfast, not even a buffet breakfast, so you have to order it yourself. There is no homeless around the hotel, so it feels very safe. I will stay at Four Seasons next time.

It should be OK by the standard of ordinary five-star hotels, but if it is the standard of Four Seasons, it should be the worst Four Seasons hotel I have ever stayed in.
