El hotel es nuevo, con habitaciones amplias, cómodas y bien decoradas. Los espacios son funcionales y están bien pensados. El desayuno es bueno y variado. El restaurante Carmela ofrece una buena selección de vinos destacada. El servicio y la calidad de algunos platos podrían mejorar, aunque el ambiente es agradable.

“Mi experiencia en HJ fue simplemente excepcional. Desde el momento en que llegué, el personal fue increíblemente amable y atento, asegurándose de que cada detalle de mi estancia fuera perfecto. Buen hotel pésimo servicio gastronómico. En el bar por la tarde más de 40 minutos para unas tostadas con café. El desayuno fue caótico no había jamón no había queso, etc. etc. Tardaban mucho en traer la reposición La verdad nos hicieron pasar momentos desagradables. No se si lo recomendaría porque las instalaciones son muy buenas pero el servicio gastronómico pésimo!!!
