The hotel was comfy with clean rooms. Staff was friendly, and the foods was nice and delicious. My family had fun too the air conditioning was nice and the connection was fast. You could watch Netflix in just seconds. It's also a nice location in Pampanga too.Overall a pleasant stay.

..one of the highly recommended hotel in San Fernando Pampanga .. quick service and very accommodating staff very helpful and kind .. rooms are nice always clean and very relaxing,feel comfortable to stay.. excellent service...........

Straight off a plane into this dump. Very poor facilities for a supposed 3 stars. Photos indicate sheets and cushions that were not supplied. Charged extra for a pillow. Not enough soap etc supplied for 2 people. No bath mat. Very Slippery floor. It turns out to be a sex hotel with dildos etc for sale. Quite expensive for what you get. Even charged for hot water and no fridge. Never again.

Very clean rooms. Superb food. Cold aircon. Friendly staff. Safe place in the cebter of sn feenando and angeles city. Clark is near. There is a mall nearby. Resturants in the area too! Price is affordqble. Goid quality sleep. Will definitely go back. Thank you Hotel Ivory
