Es un hotel muy bien ubicado con habitaciones muy amplias y limpias. Las camas muy cómodas. Diría que incluso el hotel se merece 5 estrellas. El desayuno era increíble. Total, ha sido un gran acierto reservar este hotel. Para un próximo trabajo por la zona volveré a reservar el mismo hotel.

Lovely kid friendly hotel with friendly reception. Had a mini break here and the receptionist went out of her way after the admin bit to show our daughter the soft play room which as well needed after a long drive. The rooms are large and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was really good and something for everyone. Rooftop was lovely and they had set times when kids were allowed in the spa which was very enjoyable. Block from the beach and from town made for a really good break.

Le positif d'abord : le petit déjeuner est excellent, la terrasse et la piscine sur le toit magnifiques, le spa a l’air sympa, les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables, calmes et propres. Mais ça ne fait pas tout… L’accueil et le service sont minimalistes. En avril les salons sont éteints, le bar et le resto sont fermés, le personnel est rare et pas très accueillant, donc l’ambiance est plutôt glauque. Nous avions réservé 3 nuits + 1 "gratuite", pour nous rendre compte que cela revenait 10€ plus cher que 4 nuits sans réservation. Pour la direction, ce n'est pas un erreur : "les prix viennent de changer". On a donc voulu repartir au bout de deux nuits, aucun remboursement accepté puisqu’on est venus : "c’est la politique de la direction, on n’y peut rien, mais on peut vous offrir un spa gratuit…". Dans les chambres, même pas une boite de Kleenex, juste 2 misérables bouteilles d’eau de 33cl et 4 capsules Nespresso. Par jour ? Non, il faut se rationner ici, les verres utilisés ne sont même pas lavés… Mais ils sont sympa, ils ne jettent pas les mini-bouteilles vides, qu’on puisse les remplir au robinet. Et ça se veut « 4 étoiles »… Bref, vu le tarif, n’y allez pas, le compte n’y est pas du tout.

On arrival we were not greeted, we waited 10 minutes before a grumpy looking man asked for my credit card. No warm welcome, how was your flight etc. then pointed to the lift and left to get on with it. The room was Beautiful , spacious and comfortable. We had upgraded to a city balcony view, but pointless as no chairs on said balcony. Breakfast was nice. Self service, usual fare. Staff in restaurants seemed friendly. Reception staff Rude and frosty . Maybe because we’re British and it’s Russian owned but who knows. Spa was a joke, nothing was working. Hotel is Perfectly situated for harbour, beach and restaurants. I’ve been coming to Sant feliu for nearly 50 years, from a child. And have stayed in most hotels and apartments over the years. This has to be the most beautiful but most unfriendly . Never again! I’ll stick with the budget hostel Del Sol up the road. Not as glamorous, but super friendly. They treat guests like family

Отдыхал в этом отеле вместе с женой во время нашего отпуска в декабре. Очень понравилось расположение отеля, недалеко от моря, можно по вечерам гулять по набережной. В общем все очень понравилось, хорошие номера, персонал вообще супер. Рекомендую всем!!!

Pas une fausse note
Hôtel malgré un emplacement en centre ville très animé pas un bruit dans la chambre literie haut de gamme et très confortable cela fait très longtemps que n’avait pas apprécié une halte comme cela. je recommande vivement cette hôtel
