Hotel located in Sant Feliu next to the beach. It is a very basic hotel, you have a small room with a wardrobe, TV and a large bed. The bathroom is adequate. They leave you a couple of complimentary waters and jam. The hotel is very self-sufficient. You check in with a link to the email they send you with the reservation and everything works by codes (entrance door and room). Despite there being no one to greet you, you have a dining room, where they serve breakfast in the morning, with a vending machine in case you want to buy a capsule and make yourself a coffee or something else to snack on. The breakfast is very “normal”, you don’t have a lot of variety, but it is enough. We booked one night to use it as a hotel for a stopover and it does the job. If I had to stay there for a week things would change.

Una estancia increible, todo muy limpio y acogedor. El personal muy amable y acogedor. Como única cosa a mencionar, habia poca variedad de utensilios en la cocina ( en nuestro caso nos faltó un abridor de vino y un rallador de queso), pero según nos dijeron, esto se arreglaria de inmediato. Por todo lo demás, una estancia increíble. Recomiendo totalmente el desayuno incluido, hay gran variedad de alimentos y todos muy buenos.

Très propre avec un très grand lit et une belle salle de bain. Bien situé en front de mer avec un parking gratuit devant le port. Petit bémol, les murs sont fins.

This is a hotel with no staff. Only one person who serves breakfast and, I assume, also cleans the rooms. You must check in online with all guests' information before your stay, on a page with some confusing errors. Once you check in, they email you a code that opens both the main door and the guest rooms, and they provide a contact phone number in case of problems. So far, so good. We went with family for a one-night stay. The codes worked, and the rooms were fine. A bit small, but clean and with the bare minimum. They have a TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi, but no refrigerator. The bathroom, with a shower, is clean and adequate. The problem was that apparently the entry codes were deactivated during the night, and when we went out for a walk at 8 a.m., we couldn't get in. The service person opened the door for us, but we couldn't get into the rooms. That person couldn't (or didn't know how to, or didn't want to) do anything about it, and we had to call the "emergency line," where we were answered by a person who never identified himself or apologized. After a few minutes, he was able to open our rooms remotely. He told us they'd had a computer problem, etc., but they didn't reset the codes until 11:00 (when we were leaving). Another unsatisfactory issue is the breakfast. On paper, it's fine, with the basics but of satisfactory quality. The problem is that the dining room is very small, with six or seven small tables for two people, and with limited food and drinks available, the idea being to replenish them as needed. Since the hotel has just over 20 rooms, and the day we were there was full or nearly full, we found that between 9 and 10 a.m., almost all the guests came down for breakfast, creating a significant traffic jam. The only employee couldn't keep up, and everything ran out: food, drinks, cutlery, tablecloths, etc. The juice and coffee machines broke down at the same time, leaving people standing and waiting, etc. There were six of us, and we had to eat breakfast at separate tables, not at the same time. In short, even though we understand that it's off-season and that the computer system can sometimes fail, we missed the personal and dedicated service.
