L' hotel ha una bella posizione ed il personale, soprattutto del ricevimento è stato molto cortese. Le ragazze che servivano a colazione purtroppo silenziose, ma sicuramente gentili. La colazione potrebbe essere un pochino più ricca visto il costo della notte e visto che l'hotel è un 4 stelle. Soprattutto la parte salata è veramente povera. Il giardino è di lussureggiante e il. Migliore di tutto l'hotel è il Beach Club con accesso privato al mare e due bellissime piscine. La struttura però non vale assolutamente il costo. È un albergo vecchio le camere sono piuttosto fatiscenti. Il materasso però è comodo. è veramente peccato lasciare andare una struttura così tanto. Avrebbe delle grandissime potenzialità se fosse tenuta meglio. Sembra veramente di tornare indietro nel tempo alla fine degli anni settanta o ai primi anni 80.

Non pulitissimo specialmente il bagno con tracce di ossido nella doccia dovuto a lavarlo io,divano vecchio televisore piccolo in alto buonissima la colazione personale un po' freddo e distaccato bella la location molto buona il ristorante anche se è un po' caro.voto 7-

Prenotato per una vacanza in famiglia una stanza doppia con letto aggiuntivo, non si può che partire proprio con quest’ultimo, non un letto ma un divanetto disposto come tale, troppo corto, così corto da far uscire i piedi fuori. Arredamenti da rinnovare, cambierei soprattutto la tenda della doccia, risulta molto antigienica. Inoltre letto e cuscini non presentavano le loro rispettive coperture, né copri cuscini né copri materassi. Tutto sommato ho però riscontrato un personale gentile, stanza pulita, buona colazione e soprattutto una bellissima vista mare.

Pessima esperienza. Ho prenotato tramite holiday. Per due notti Servizio assistenza inesistente. Mi hanno assegnato una camera con una tazza del bagno rotta che perdeva acqua ed appoggiata al pavimento oltretutto con un copri water ripugnante e. sporco. Abbiamo chiesto di andare e via ed avere il rimborso ma non era possibile. Dopo varie insistenze ci hanno assegnato una nuova camera il giorno dopo alle ore 15. Mai più week end pessimo

Pessimo soggiorno,la struttura ha potenziale ma le stanze non datate di più! raccapriccianti. Non mi sono potuta fare la doccia non essendoci acqua calda per problemi tecnici,la reception non ha saputo darmi una soluzione. Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in una camera superiore plus, la camera era abbastanza ampia con un bellissimo terrazzo affaccio mare, un bagno poco funzionale per via della vasca e non doccia, pulito ed attrezzato. Albergo che sicuramente quando è stato costruito era il più bello della zona, oggi a distanza di diversi anni avrebbe bisogno di un restauro e un rinnovo degli ambienti. Ottimo l' utilizzo del lido di fronte con piscina incluso nel prezzo, grande il bagnino Maurizio ottimo Cicerone del Circeo. Personale professionale e gentile, in particolare Claudia e Franco, sempre disponibili. Una pecca ? La colazione, troppo standard per un 4 stelle, ci vorrebbe un po' più di territorio e prodotti freschi per alzare il livello a quello che compete ad un albergo del genere. Un consiglio? Aggiungere delle etichette con gli ingredienti delle torte per evitare problemi con clienti con allergie.

Soggiorno andato complessivamente bene, camera confortevole e pulita anche se con arredi da rimodernare. La nota negativa l’abbiamo riscontrata alla fine del nostro soggiorno, quando accorti di aver dimenticato delle scarpe all’interno della stanza abbiamo contattato la struttura per cercare di riaverle ma ci hanno risposto di non averle trovate… pessimo servizio.
