Maravilloso lugar, muy limpio, las piscinas espectaculares, buffet muy bueno. Las habitaciones muy lindas, cómodas y calentitas. El personal súper atento, lleno de detalles. Carolina, la masajista genial. Lo recomiendo 100%. Sin duda volveremos, hay varias piscinas por lo cual nunca está repleto.

Regular, considerando precio calidad, cero tranquilidad, ruidos molestos a las 7 de la mañana, gente con carros de servicio, podrían esperar un poquito, trabajadores arreglando los aires y otras cosas a las 8 am, se supone que uno va a descansar de la rutina, gente gritando y niños gritando a las 8 am, habitaciones muy húmedas, el servicio de alimentación bastante precario, poca variedad, se cargaban al cerdo con unas salsas para ocultar comida añeja, ni hablar de los tragos, malísimos mejor tomar pisco sólo, como recomendación ir a comer temprano porque después quedarán raspando la olla, piscinas poco mantenidas, tenían hongos y mohos, no funcionan los hidromasajes de los jacuzzis, espacio comunes sin calefacción, sobretodo donde están los juegos, perros paseándose por todas las instalaciones, durmiendo en los sillones, por las piscinas olfateando las botellas o vasos de los huéspedes, cero cuidado con eso, más cuando uno va con niños. En fin, decepcionante la estadía

Las piscinas frías, llenas de gente, mucho escándalo, nadie controlando los piqueros de los niños, no hay tranquilidad en ninguna parte del recinto, nos entregaron llaves de lockers que estaban con ropa adentro, de verdad muy mala experiencia, no vuelvo más.

Lo mejor la amabilidad del personal de servicio y la calidad de la mayoría de los alimentos. Lo peor las habitaciones. Alojamos en la habitación A y se escuchaba todo de las habitaciones contiguas y las conversaciones del pasillo, además encontramos una araña de rincón viva corriendo por la cama, que asumimos cayó del techo que es de madera y tiene espacios abiertos. Informamos al hotel y no nos dieron ni siquiera una disculpa y como broche al retirarnos, nos estaban cobrando el almuerzo del último día el cual estaba pagado dentro de nuestra estadía. En general el recinto es cómodo si vas en temporada baja, porque las piscinas termales no son amplias, pero no lo recomiendo ya que nuestra experiencia no fue la esperada.

Muy recomendable, muy buena atencion y muy buena comida! Lugar muy tranquilo para descansar y relajarse. El personal es muy amable. Vanesa se encarga de varias actividades y es una excelente profesional especialmente en sono terapia, no dejen de hacerla!

Habitación sector Los Paltos excelente. Cómoda, amplia Cama matrimonial . Sector nuevo, con un acceso fácil y cercano al SPA. Las instalaciones de piscinas temperadas bien mantenidas. Restaurant de sistema tenedor libre, sabroso pero poca variedad donde elegir. Con una atención a destacar , al terminar la estadía, en nuestra habitación dejaron un KUCHEN por ser pasajeros frecuentes. Sin pensarlo volveré otro fin de semana y lo recomiendo plenamente
