Habitación sector Los Paltos excelente. Cómoda, amplia Cama matrimonial . Sector nuevo, con un acceso fácil y cercano al SPA. Las instalaciones de piscinas temperadas bien mantenidas. Restaurant de sistema tenedor libre, sabroso pero poca variedad donde elegir. Con una atención a destacar , al terminar la estadía, en nuestra habitación dejaron un KUCHEN por ser pasajeros frecuentes. Sin pensarlo volveré otro fin de semana y lo recomiendo plenamente

The hot springs are a large tourist complex, inserted in a beautiful spot in the foothills of the Aconcagua Valley. The rooms are comfortable, the buffet-style food is very complete and tasty; in addition to the friendly service of the staff. It has many options for having fun: spa, heated outdoor and indoor pools, reading room, game room, court, mini zoo, grotto and walking trails. There are also sports activities. Falta de calefacción en lugares comunes, había que almorzar y cenar con parkas. La comida no de la calidad qué informan en su web site. Pero lo peor fue que pedí cambio de pieza, pues para llegar a la nuestra había muchas escaleras y había fallado un ascensor ( entendible por el temporal) sin embargo me cobraron adicional por una pieza con acceso sin escaleras. Todo el personal muy agradable y cooperador con excepción de Mauricio del comedor que la noche del miércoles 7 que no se acercó a la mesa.

Un lugar muy agradable, el personal muy amable y amigable, el entorno tranquilo rodeado de mucha naturaleza, en la higiene muy bien. Con respecto al buffet de almuerzo..sencillo pero bien preparado. Tragos de cortesía... excelente preparación y atención en el bar. Con respecto al servicio de bar, al ingresar le informan a uno que si no quiere cena hay disponibles en el bar Sandwich y pizzas, pero, lo cual no es efectivo ya que no cuentan con eso, obligando al pasajero a salir del complejo a buscar alguna alternativa para su alimentación, además, si bien el bar tiene una carta bastante bien con buenos precios, pero.... falta algo como alguna alternativa de comida para acompañar un buen trago, además, durante la noche muchos niños acompañados de sus padres en el bar, si bien es responsabilidad de sus ellos no llevarlos al bar, este debería informar sobre la edad mínima para permanecer en esta dependencia. (LEY 21363, art. 29)

Dueña y administración con presencia activa preocupada de las necesidades de los huéspedes , con atenciones especiales y regalos para las celebraciones Habitaciones amplias, cómodas, climatizadas y cuentan con agua envasada y Frigobar Comidas ricas, abundantes ,esquema buffet que permite probar diferentes preparaciones en formatos personalizados, con un bebestible incluido a elección y cafe, te y hierbas sin restricciones. Además buena idea el trago de bienvenida. Actividades recreativas incluidas a diferentes horas del dia: Sonoterapia maravillosa con un profesor encantador Hidrogimnasia o baile entretenido en el agua. Yo reservé el programa de pasadía que incluye almuerzo. La relación calidad precio está bien. Tienes acceso a las piscinas temperadas, sauna, baño turco, dan clase de sonoterapia dentro de la piscina y lo que más me gustó fue el restaurante buffet, muy buena comida y variedad.

Llegamos el día sábado 28 y todo súper bien, en los comedores excelente atención, muy amables los garzones y el personal que atiende las habitaciones. En la cena , el postre venía con una chinita (bicho) , no quisimos hacer un reclamo más grande, simplemente pedimos cambiar el plato. No hubiese escrito esta opinión si no fuera porque al retirarnos, hubo un trato totalmente diferenciado entre los huéspedes que atendieron antes que a nosotros. Les ofrecieron hacer el cierre de cuenta después, pudieron quedarse sin problemas con las toallas y batas para seguir haciendo uso de las instalaciones. Acto seguido, nos atiende a nosotros y la recepcionista indica que el cierre de la cuenta lo debemos hacer inmediatamente, que para quedarnos con la toallas mientras tanto teníamos que dejar ambas cédulas de identidad (ademas decir que son unas toallas viejísimas) , siendo un trato totalmente incómodo y distinto a la pareja mayor recién atendida. Eso no corresponde, el trato debe ser igual, pagamos lo mismo y merecemos el mismo respeto que cualquier otro cliente. Al final la estadía termina siendo totalmente incómoda.
