Not bad, the balcony view is very good~ The sink in the room was dripping, but the staff came to repair it, and the service attitude was good~ The breakfast in the hotel was also good, and the children were very happy~

Room was definitely not what was pictured online. Balcony was extremely small. Front desk was rude and short when checking in. View was amazing.

Loved this place. Great location. We were able to walk around the bay. Great room on the 7th floor with a view of the Bay. Watched 3 cruise ships come and go. Super comfy bed, nice water pressure in the shower. Staff were so friendly and breakfast was delicious and abundant. The Sky Bar is a great setting but the food was definitely below standard, especially for the price. My only other comment is how strange that none of the windows are tinted. There's zero privacy. People from the street can clearly see you. But we loved our stay, felt we got great value and strongly recommend it!

The hotel is located opposite the convention and exhibition center. The old hotel is quite satisfactory. The room with breakfast is booked. After arriving at the store, the front desk said that there is no breakfast. I called Trip.com to solve it. I used a credit card to make a deposit for two rooms, left the store and retired one room, the other did not retreat, and asked Trip.com to contact, speechless

Good facilities 1. Bad service, they don't clean the room daily, they don't make the beds or change towels 2. Excessive parking costs, $65 a day, a rip-off. THEY DO NOT HAVE PARKING 3. Terrible internet, it doesn't work 4. Excessive deposit on the credit card, $150 a night, they don't refund it 5. TOO MUCH HOMELESSNESS OUTSIDE

The room is moderately sized, the bed is very comfortable, and the bath water volume is large; seagulls sometimes fly to the window sill to visit; the front desk is very enthusiastic and efficient, the room service is very nice, and slippers and kettles are provided extra, which makes you feel warm. The hotel is in a very good location, close to the promenade and the old town. Comfortable bath and room. Good swimming pool. At the entrance they gave a voucher for kayaking or biking for an hour. Also vouchers for two bottles of water. The situation that happened to us, the room was with the smell of dampness, that it was impossible to breathe, after a complaint it was quickly changed to us.
