The location of the hotel is right in the center of San Diego, the staff is very friendly. They kept our suitcases for us on the day of checkout until the evening. We booked a regular king room. It was EXTREMELY dusty and felt stuffy/unclean. We immediately asked for a new room and told them what was going on. The front desk was really understanding about it and gave us an upgraded room for no additional charge which was much better. The staff is amazing, I wish I remember the name of the guy who helped us. And it is extremely close and walking distance to all the restaurants, mid gaslamp. However, I just didn’t enjoy the hotel itself overall.

Love the place. Downtown, and easy to access. The room is a bit small but you have everything you need. Employees including the cleaning service people were very friendly and helpful. I love staying there again. I love their lavender sashes!!!
