Good overall; coffee machine, microwave, ironing board, etc. no soap and minimal towels and wash clothes.

The pictures on the website provides false information vs when you get their. Towels were stained, beds would sink in the middle and you can feel the coils. The room smelled musty.

This is a horrible hotel and experience, not even because of the room. I'd like to preface that I work in hotels currently and have the last 3 years. I'm currently staying here now with my boyfriend and after he lost a key, the Indian lady who wouldn't give her name at first blatantly several times while I was on the phone with him, told him she would not assist him, give a key and that he's not a guest? I work overnight at a hotel myself and he's visiting from Arizona which is why I wasn't there to show my id for a key. She said "I need to assist the guest in front of me first" when he was there for 15+ min trying to get a key before another person was even there. She told him to tell me to email her my ID, his name and some other stuff. I sent the email not once but twice. I offered to call, show on facetime my ID and name but she kept pushing him to the side why? MIND YOU... we are literal guests; the person she wanted to assist wasn't even checked in!!!!! I've literally NEVERRR had an experience like this, even when I called her on the phone to tell her he's standing in front of him she put me on hold every time. Not to mention when she ended up giving him a key, she did off the email HE forwarded to her and not directly sent by me because apparently it wasn't going thru on her end. Nor did she ID check him (why not because she asked for his name) ...? I'm genuinely so frustrated by this when it was as simple as having some common decency and assisting him as he was waiting to be. I've NEVER told a guest in front of me that they arent one and say no im not gonna help you. I will be getting a full refund.

This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. It was filthy I couldn’t stay my full stay it was hideous. I booked from June 6–8 had to stay Friday because I couldn’t get a room any where else. I checked out the next morning, I emailed and called for a refund for the day I didn’t stay they have not found a solution to get me my money back.
