Very old building. Poor lightings, pretty dark room. Bed was ok. Bathroom was pretty dark and there was no shower head. I appreciate the hot and cold water dispenser in the gym, very friendly front desk and of course, it was safe to park my car by the street. Location was great.

You must come to San Diego when you come to the United States, haha. I recommend this hotel to you when you come to San Diego. It is cheap and has a good location. (Of course, friends who are used to staying in luxury hotels should not consider it). There is a bus from the airport that goes directly to the opposite side of the hotel gate. Just cross the road and you will arrive. It is super cost-effective. The hotel faces the sea. At this price, you can stay in a sea view room. What else can you say. You can go out from the front and back doors. It is convenient to go to the beach, take the bus, or take the rail car. It is within walking distance to see the aircraft carrier. We went there twice and it was fun.

Excellent location and friendly staff. The rooms look a bit old and would need some renovation. Not many amenities in the hotel but we have all me need around. A bit noisy at the Pacific Dr is down the hotel, so earplugs are necessary on the bayside. This could be improved but all the windows would have to be changed for isolation (sound and thermic).
