With so many people working from home, we designed a designated work space for our guests, and installed a mesh-wifi network with 600+ mbps download speed - plenty to run Zoom calls, watch Netflix, play Spotify, and connect 50+ devices at the same time. You'll love the way this home lives, with the large living room area with views of the Hills and plenty of natural light for relaxing and entertainment set away from both bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes a large king-sized bed with a memory foam mattress. The second bedroom includes two full-sized beds with memory foam mattresses. The space is also maximized with a large sectional couch with fold out queen bed / sleeper. There are modern finishes throughout, a table for 4, designated desk, living room with large 65 inch TV, and private balcony area with loungers & coffee table.
