Del Mar is centrally located to many of San Diego's favorite 'must sees' -Scripps Aquarium, Legoland, Sea World & SD Zoo are all short drives (15-30 min) and Disneyland is a 2hr drive. Great surf, sunshine, picturesque coastline, white sand beaches, tennis, fine dining, horse racing, and world class golf -Del Mar will keep all your friends/family fully entertained. Although you are only a short drive to many of the great shops and restaurants in downtown Del Mar, getting around by car to the rest of San Diego is a breeze. It's less than a mile to the freeway. There is also the Coaster - San Diego's coastal train, which has a stop about five miles away. Take the family downtown for the day on the Coaster to spend the day at Petco Park watching the Padres or exploring Seaport Village. ► This is the main house of the property. There is a separate unit on the north side of the property which may be occupied. There are no shared spaces or access. The unit has its separate entrance. ► Children with parents are welcome BUT note that the house is NOT child proofed in any way. ► There is no fence between the back of house doors and the pool/jacuzzi. ► Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. ► In ground trampoline guidelines call for 1 person at a time. ► House is situated on open space therefore wildlife may come on the property from time to time.
