Our property is fully furnished and has unlimited views of the ocean form the beachfront patio and upstairs deck. This is one of the best sand beaches in the world with swimming and surfing just steps from the condo. This 3 bed 3 bath 2 story condo is located ON THE SAND/Boardwalk. You can easily watch your children play in the sand while relaxing on the patio. There is also a lifeguard tower directly in front near the water for safe swimming and water activities. This property is a side by side, mirror image duplex, totaling of 6 bedrooms six baths if both units are rented. Each unit has a separate VRBO listing number. 2735 Oceanfront Walk is listing # 11622 and 2737 Oceanfront Walk is listing # 1071584. If your requested dates are not available please be sure to check the other listing. Each unit has all of its own amenities such as gas barbeque, patio , laundry, hose, outdoor shower, parking, etc, so nothing is shared between units. Each unit comes with 2 carport parking spaces (4 spaces total if both units are rented). We rent weekly during summer months from Saturday to Saturday. There are plenty of shops, markets, bars and restaurants within walking distance. World famous Belmont park is just up the boardwalk to the north. Mission Beach vacation
This property is ideally located for a quiet vacation away from the busiest section of Mission Beach with direct access (right out the door) to the beach. When I informed the property manager that we lost hot water one morning, he dispatched a service technician who replaced the hot water heater by the end of the day.

Poor communication and zero basic supplies
We stayed 3 days and 4 nights. The property supplied us with no basic supplies for our 3 day stay. The toilet papers were already running out. We had 3 baths with only 1 piece of dove soap. NO trash bag, NO shampoo or conditioner. NO dishwasher detergent. NO HAIRDRYER. Barely 5 ml cooking oil. NO cooking spray, no red peppers or any other spice.
Worst part was that the the property manger didn't care to reply or apologize and sent things on the evening if our 2nd day of stay saying that his vrbo app crashed. FYI you also get an email when someone send message on vrbo app.
We already shopped for everything by then. It was a big inconvenience for a short stay and having 3 people in 3 showers only to find out that there was no soap or shampoo was crazy and then having no hairdryer for you to get ready for dinner out!!

Sweet relaxation
Great spot, hop skip and a jump to the beach. Beautiful view with activities but not too much with more activities, if needed, within a few minutes walk.

Birthday Celebration
We stayed here for a 50th birthday celebration. The location is fantastic and the place is clean and well maintained. The patio is a great hangout spot, but I was worried we were bothering our neighbors who did not hang out on the patio much….overall, I it was a great place and I plan to come back.

Disappointment at Mission Beach
When we arrived we were shocked that there was no front door — just a dingy door that opened into a back bathroom (that was outdated and dirty). When we went into living room, discovered that the floors were very dirty — I swept up a pile of it. Window treatment pulls/wands were broken on 2-3 windows. There was a missing cabinet pull in the kitchen. The master bed headboard banged into the wall when you got in bed. Nasty, rusted floor a/c vent in master. In the other 2 bedrooms, there was no place to put luggage, resulting in a mess of clothes, etc., all over the place. The kitchen drawers were in terrible disarray, with inadequate silverware. There were no kitchen scissors or chip clips. Things were just thrown into drawers and cabinets, with no apparent organization. Fireplace vents were very rusty. The coffee table in the living room had chunks of wood missing and other extensive damage.
The pictures online did NOT represent this place!
Do NOT stay here!!!!!!

Great location on the beach in San Diego!
Loved this property and the location of it on Mission Beach! We had a riot being on the sand, spending time in the surf, and visiting nearby attractions.
