This unit has NO STAIRS. Conveniently located at the El Carmel Place and Ocean Front Walk. Our shared patio which is on the Boardwalk a great place to people watch and look at the dolphins! We have a gas firepit for cozy evenings! We are equidistant from Belmont Park to the South and Pacific Beach to the North. We have parking for a small car in the garage. And there is a great deal of on-street parking on the bayside at El Carmel Point. There is a small market a few blocks away.
