Excellent Staff
The staff here is exceptional. I had a minor problem with a crazy family member (by marriage) and the staff handled it with discretion. I really appreciate that type of customer service its invaluable.

Booked a one night stay here. Front desk was helpful. Didn’t like paying for parking but that’s San Diego for you. Loved that the garage was not easy to access for outside people but the elevator took you right to it.
Rooms are small but cute and good for 2 people. There’s a sink with some dishes available which was very convenient. Beds were comfortable and a/c worked great.
Would stay here again.

The property wasn’t bad; the parking was horrible, they charge per night to park onsite but offer no real alternative to parking except street parking which is at times very hard to find! There is no area to load and unload baggage at the front of the property. The staff was very friendly.

The pictures are deceiving; the room is the size of a new york studio apartment. Theres no phone in the room to call the lobby, the iron you borrow from the front desk is very old, only one elevator, and make sure to have the AC blasting when you shower because if there's too much steam coming from it, the fire alarm will go off.
