Chambre très grande avec bons lits et coussins . La.salle de bain un peu ridulentaire et très petite , et manque d'intimité pour les salles.de bains dont le vasistas donne sur la réception et salle commune . Manque de luminosité également dans la chambre obligeant à allumer la lumière quasiment en permanence. Il y faisait aussi très froid à notre arrivée dedans . Sinon merci beaucoup pour le early check in de 8h du math qui nous a permis de nous doucher après 12 h de bus et une arrivée de ce dernier 2h en avance sur l'heure prévue . Personnel de jour et de nuit sympathique. Hotel bien placé, on fait tout à pied . Le rapport qualité prix est bon

Volvería sin duda
Lo mejor sin duda es la ubicación, cerca del andador Guadalupano y del centro histórico. El personal muy amable y atento. Las instalaciones muy cómodas, la pequeña excepción fue su calentador de agua para la ducha ya que no es continua. Pero sin duda lo recomiendo y volvería.

En general todo estuvo muy bien, el lugar es muy bonito y tiene una excelente ubicación, a unas cuantas cuadras del andador Guadalupe. El servicio y atención fueron de lo mejor. Si acaso, lo único incómodo fue su calentador de agua de la ducha ya que no era constante. Pero de ahí en más, todo fue agradable

Struttura molto bella e curata e il personale è gentilissimo. La notte del nostro check out ci hanno aspettato svegli fino alle 3.30 e addirittura il signore della reception mi ha lasciato usare il suo cellulare per contattare la guida turistica che ci doveva venire a prendere perché il mio non prendeva. Nella zona comune c’è una cucina e un dispenser d’acqua fresca dove poter riempire le borracce. Grazie grazie infinite, lo consiglierò a tutti.

Es una propiedad bonita pero tiene muchos aspectos a mejorar. No pudimos descansar por el ruido del boiler a cada rato, colocado afuera de la puerta de mi habitación. No tienen cortinas para bloqueo de luz, se escucha como tocan el timbre a toda hora. Al hacer check in yo ya había pagado por esta plataforma y ellos me volvieron a cobrar y en total se me reflejó un cargo 3 veces de la misma noche de hospedaje. No respetaron que había solicitado habitación para 4 personas y éramos 3 pero me cobraron uno extra. Tardamos aprox 25 min en lograr hacer el check in porque encima que me cobraron más, no se apuraban en darme el acceso. No cuentan con estacionamiento, así que el carro queda en la calle, que es angosta. Me dieron el número del gerente para solucionar el cobro y éste fue grosero y me colgó la llamada.

Piccolo hotel in posizione perfetta per visitare San Cristobal De Las Casas: abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni, comodissimo la sera per uscire a piedi, situato a pochi metri dal centro ma fuori dal rumore. Il piccolo giardino estremamente curato dona pace all’atmosfera. Camere pulite e sempre riordinate. Assolutamente consigliato
