清潔度や食事は文句ないレベル。
但し、各サイトでやたら評価が高いけど、個人的にはそこまで共感できず。
涼しい土地ではあるが、4つ星なのに冷蔵庫がないのには驚愕だしあり得ない。
確かに暖房設備は付いていたが天井に埋め込まれており真下にしか風がでない造りのため、床の一部分が集中的に温まるという、謎仕様。部屋全体は温まらないので冬場の夜は寒い。
スペイン語オンリーのスタッフが多く、英語でのコミュニケーションが出来ず困った時間帯が多い。
その為かは不明だがスタッフも東南アジア辺りと比べるとどこがドライな印象。夜勤の男性Marioは英語も話すし非常に親切でお世話になった。
単に忘れてて部屋の清掃がされてなかった日が1日あった。
アメニティも必要最低限で歯磨き等も無し。
部屋は綺麗だが広さは必要最低限。

Really lovely, clean rooms. Very comfortable beds. Good happy hour cocktail deals. 5 minute walk from the bus station and from the middle of town. They weren’t all that busy so let us check in quite early. The guys that run this place are so nice!

Everyone was friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful — it made a real difference in our experience. Staff Service: Outstanding! The team exceeded our expectations with their warm hospitality and genuine care. It’s clear they are committed to excellent service. Food & Dining: Absolutely delicious! Every meal we had was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Compliments to the chef and kitchen staff. Cleanliness & Comfort: The rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Desayuno completo y entorno bonito. El personal muy amable y atento. Nos alojamos allí 3 noches y nos permitieron realizar el checkin y checkout fuera de horario lo que nos hizo mucha más cómoda la estancia.

el hotel es muy lindo, cuenta con todos los servicios necesarios, todo muy limpio, el servicio excelente, te dejan plato con frutas, agua, café, nos encantó, sin duda volveremos, hay música en vivo algunos días, tienen restaurante ahí mismo, y bar por las noches, y lo que mas nos gustó es que es pet friendly.

Very nice comfortable stay
Our premium room was well appointed and comfortable. The host and all the staff were very welcoming and helpful, we were able to check in early in the morning as we had arrived to SC, and enjoy complimentary breakfast.
Slight negatives - whilst the bed was very comfortable and had a nice light duvet, the pillows I found too bulky to sleep on. I could not work the air con /heating system, even though I tried to follow the instructions provided.
All in all, very comfortable stay at Hacienda Valentino, a short walk away from all the central attractions in San Cristobal.
