清潔度や食事は文句ないレベル。
但し、各サイトでやたら評価が高いけど、個人的にはそこまで共感できず。
涼しい土地ではあるが、4つ星なのに冷蔵庫がないのには驚愕だしあり得ない。
確かに暖房設備は付いていたが天井に埋め込まれており真下にしか風がでない造りのため、床の一部分が集中的に温まるという、謎仕様。部屋全体は温まらないので冬場の夜は寒い。
スペイン語オンリーのスタッフが多く、英語でのコミュニケーションが出来ず困った時間帯が多い。
その為かは不明だがスタッフも東南アジア辺りと比べるとどこがドライな印象。夜勤の男性Marioは英語も話すし非常に親切でお世話になった。
単に忘れてて部屋の清掃がされてなかった日が1日あった。
アメニティも必要最低限で歯磨き等も無し。
部屋は綺麗だが広さは必要最低限。

This was our second time staying at Hacienda Valentino and we enjoyed it even better. The staff is friendly and attentive, the negronis at the bar are fabulous, there are really good singers in the evenings, and the restaurant food is delicious. The rooms are comfortable and unbeatable on a chilly night. The hotel is close to the action yet far enough to be peaceful and quiet.

Hotel precioso, lleno de detalles , muy bien ubicado, el staff es extremadamente amable , la cocina muy buena, no dejes de probar la bebida signature de mezcal y jamaica es adictiva!! Las habitaciones cuentan con calefaccion, el baño tiene calentador de toallas , la cama es muuuy comoda y la habitacion tiene un balcon muy bonito. Es atendido por sus propietarios y se nota!! Atencion al detalle y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte

We had the most amazing experience in this hotel. It felt like home away from home. I stayed for 11 nights and my husband joined after the first 5 days. The hotel team accommodated every little one of our needs, even changing rooms because we preferred to be downstairs. The staff is so beyond nice and were very helpful with everything we needed and even more.
The food in the restaurant was the best we had in the area (do not miss their soups and pastas!!), and the sweet little attentions added to the experience. We were offered a very yummy breakfast on Sunday fresh from a French bakery in town! It was exactly what we needed, to start a cold Sunday.
On the last day, the taxi that we had booked to take us to the airport let us down, and the owners jumped in and saved the day by calling a person that they knew and who gave us the safest drive to the airport.
We can’t wait to come back to this hotel on our next trip to San Cristobal de las Casas

Minha experiencia neste hotel foi otima, o atendimento é perfeito, muito limpo, otimas camas, espaço agradavel, cheio de detalhes feitos para agradar o hospede. Areas comuns bem organizadas, muito bonito, bem localizado. Um dos melhores hoteis da categoria que ja me hospedei.

I went on a work trip to San Cristóbal de las Casas and stayed here. The entire service was excellent from the moment they welcomed me. I checked in, they gave me my room and I went to rest. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, the air conditioning was at a perfect temperature, the rain shower is delicious and relaxing. They have smart TV and cable TV. The hotel is very nice and they take care of every detail of the surroundings so that inside you can have a sample of the magical town. It also has a restaurant called El Colibrí that offers delicious gourmet cuisine, as well as a fairly wide selection of cocktails.
