Mejor imposible, excelente servicio de su personal, las habitaciones limpias y confortables, su decoracion acogedora hace que te sientas en casa, cuentan con una pequeña alberca que te hara disfrutar aun mas tu dia, en fin, la mejor opcion si vienes a San Cristobal

Hotel charmant, tranquile et très proche du centre, personnel très attentioné et aimable. Très belles chambres typiquement mexicain. Parking disponible pour 100 pesos la nuit à quelques mètres. Petite supérette, restaurants et pressing à côté pas cher 15 pesos le Kilo. Les chambres n'ont pas de clime car elle sont très fraîches mais vous avez un chauffage. Les lits très confortables. Piscine extérieur chauffé. Les enfants se sont régalés après avoir marché dans la ville

Excelente atención y recomendaciones de Gerardo! Y el Sr. Del check in. Bonito lugar, habitaciones bien cuidadas. No pudimos usar la alberca ya que siempre tenia una lona azul, creo que no servía la calefacción. En general muy bien! Si vienen a San Cristobal de las casas visiten La casa de mamá

El hotel tiene una historia muy bonita y una construcción que enamora a cualquiera y en general lo califico como agradable y bonito, el personal es algo amable unos más que otros, llegamos y no teníamos amenidades de baño pero en cuanto las pedimos un joven vestido de ***** amablemente nos llevó jabón y shampoo y estuvo pendiente en todo momento, el chavo de recepción nocturno es algo simple y no tan amable que digamos, las sábanas me dieron Picazon de cuerpo y con una impresión que no estaban limpias pues no olian a limpio como cuando llegas a un todo incluído de playa y las sábanas impecables y con olor a limpio, el nivel de seguridad de las puertas muy por debajo pues no hay un seguro por dentro y en una de las habitaciones de mi familia alguien del personal de una forma impertinente les llegó a abrír la puerta cuando aún estaban dormidos, de pésimo gusto y aquí bajo la buena impresión que estábamos teniendo del hotel. Urge cambio de sus toallas de baño y manos pues estabas tan duras y viejas que más bien parecían talladores de cuerpo.

Excelente servicio, las camas muy cómodas, el restaurante la comida muy rica, la alberca climatizada. Y cabe mencionar que son muy serviciales y honrados. Se adecuan a estar disponibles en el horario que el huésped va a realizar los tour. Puedes tomar el desayuno en las mesas del jardín junto a la alberca y siempre tratan de facilitar tu estancia.

Muy bonito lugar, con alberca climatizada. Comida buena en el restaurant. Solo le falla el internet mucho y es clave para ver a que lugares vas a visitar cerca de San Cristobal de las Casas, en general el internet telcel también falla mucho en todo San Cristobal.

I stayed at the hotel for about a week. During reservation they kept in contact at all times. Host and front desk were amazing with exceptional customer service. Room was clean and taken care of. I loved the security of the building, they have a night guard who lets you in and out at anytime because the doors lock at a certain time. They have a restaurant, you can choose to eat out for cheaper but I wanted convenience and chose to paid a little more but food was deliciously made each time. Place is located near townsquare everything is within walking distance. They refer you to tour company for any tours you may be interested in. There was always hot water. Beds were warm and comfortable. Wifi and TV always worked. Place is gorgeous and inviting. The (owner) Sra. Flor is a traveler herself so she understands what customer service should look like. I travelled with my cousin and she took care of us and gave us all the info to have fun and stay safe. I definitely recommend.
