No me gustó que escanearan mi INE, aparte me hicieran firmar un papel de política de blancos, cuando es algo que se sabe que se ensucian rápido, aparte no había lugar de estacionamiento, y le dieron preferencia a otros huéspedes, aparte la habitación con cama King no tenía aire acondicionado ni calefacción, solo 1 ventana sin protección al jardín con riesgo que alguien entrara a la habitación, Lo peor es que el baño tiene una ventana que sirve como respiradero hacia el cuarto de servicio!! Solo tiene una cortina sobre puesta que se está cayendo!!! Ni siquiera tiene polarizado y era súper incómodo cuando entraban porque se escuchaba y uno se sentía observado, el cuarto hacia un ruido de un zumbido !! Como si estuviera a lado de un cuarto de máquinas o algo, no está insonorizado y para terminar al finalizar te piden que te quedes para checar el cuarto en ningún otro hotel y lugar me habían pedido eso !! La vdd que dejó mucho que desear por el precio, en fin tienen muchas oportunidades de mejora.

Lamentablemente el pago que me apareció en la plataforma no se me respeto, y page un poco más, es la primera vez que me pasa con un hotel, claro que he pago los impuestos pero no mas de 600 pesos, al final se pago para no buscar otra estancia, la persona que me atendio no fue cortes y no me ayudo con mi equipaje, es una pena ya que llevo varios años usando este hotel. El baño tiene un problema, al usar la regadera, se sale el agua del cancel, y se llena de agua y es incomo usar el sanitario con el piso mojado "en charcado".

Una tortura
Debería llamarse jardines de la oscuridad y no jardines de la luz ya que la luz es realmente tenue,
O bien deberían cambiar de nombre y ponerle la cama de piedra porque eso es lo que son sus camas unas piedras , en realidad una verdadera tortura quedarse en este hotel, comenzando porque la cama no tiene cabeceras , la ropa de cama sucia , en especial la de las almohadas , no tienen espejo más que el del baño para peinarse , la iluminación malísima tanto que para peinarme intenté alumbrar un poco más con mi celular, el estacionamiento un lío para poder salir ya que había un evento y taparon la salida con otros vehículos , la regadera salpica el agua por todos lados y la cereza en el pastel, quieres descansar y dede las 7 am se escucha el ruido del restaurante
