La habitación era amplia. Pensé sería muy pequeña ya que es un edificio histórico. Las camas eran muy cómodas. Baño moderno y limpio. Decoración adecuada en la habitación y en el hotel. Parqueo de vehículos en la parte de atrás fue muy conveniente. Estaba incluido en nuestro pago. El personal fue muy amable. Los restaurantes (realmente is uno solo, pero una parte es el courtyard la otra es un restaurant formal: tienen desayuno tipo buffet en los fines de semana) muy bonitos y la comida muy buena. Sólo los use para desayunos. Precios muy razonables. La ubicación no puede ser mejor, frente al zócalo - plaza central. Cerca de muchos restaurantes, bares y tiendas. Y de lo mejor de San Cristóbal de las Casas.

Excelente experiencia en cuanto al hotel en general, habitaciones amplias, muy buena ubicación ya que esta en puro centro de la ciudad cerca de todos los andadores de la ciudad, personal en general muy atentos durante la recepción y estancia.

Un lugar que cumple su funcion, solo llegar a dormir para descansar, aunque vas al restaurante y pides chocolate (tipico de Chiapas) y no tienen, llamas al bar dentro del horario de servicio dicen que ya esta cerrado.

Tome este hotel por los comentarios y calificaciones, sin embargo nos íbamos a quedar 3 noches y nos cambiamos. Realmente las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear y están muy alejadas de ser buenas. La habitación del segundo piso es muy reducida y antigua, tiene un solo enchufe en toda la habitación, es interior a un patio y no se puede abrir la Ventana porque queda al paso del pasillo del patio. El baño es Súper reducido y antiguo, igual solo tiene un enchufe. El WC es muy pequeño y redondo, por lo tanto para un hombre es imposible sentarse y antihigiénico. La temperatura de la Habitación es calurosa y no tiene ni ventilador ni aire acondicionado. Las habitaciones del primer piso dan a un pasillo que lleva al estacionamiento. No entiendo como pueden calificar bien al hotel. La ubicación es muy buena, pero nada mas. No recomiendo por el precio el hotel, nos cambiamos al hotel Sombra del Agua por el mismo precio y es fabuloso o incluso el Sereno que es mas barato está mejor

I went to the restaurant, the food is great and the prices are very good. It´s a must the Stuffed Chilaquiles. It's a very tourist place but they don´t feel welcome the tourists, they don't offer any advice, even the WIFI is really bad
